Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Whee! It's good news/bad news time! *insert cheap fanfare here*

The Good News: Our midterms are finally over! That means the Year-End party and then the Christmas vacation! Yay!

Some Better News: Mom allowed me to install Sims 2 in the laptop! Oh yeah!

An Ultimately Great Thing, A.K.A. The Best News: Fushigi Yuugi is BAAAAAACK! Whoo-hoo! It's back in the Philippines in Filipino version! I mean, I know the entirety of Fushigi Yuugi by heart, but I'm awfully nostalgic and it's so good to watch something I love in my native tongue!

The Bad News: We've still got two days of regular classes before the party! TWO DAYS! And we've got four book reports to finish by February!

Some Worse News: I can't install anything in the laptop, because I don't own an administrator account. And the expansion pack I so love is missing.

An Ultimately Horrible Thing, A.K.A. The Worst News: The channel in which Fushigi Yuugi is airing, TV 5, is a cable channel. And we don't have any cable. WAAAAHHHH!

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

It seems that your life is in balance between good and bad news. We hope the bad news corrects itself and you're able to install your game and watch our adventures soon.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Chiriko,

What is the difference between Kansai Japanese from the ordinary Japanese language?

curious neko

Dear curious neko,

It is a dialect. There are several dialects in Japan such as Kansai-ben, Hokkaido-ben, and Tokyo-ben. The difference between Kansai-ben and Tokyo-ben (which is what is taught if you are a foreigner learning Japanese) is similar to say the difference between someone's dialect from the deep south and someone from New York city.

Chiriko

Dear Chichiri,

What is the best kind of fish to be grilled? Have you tried smoked salmon? it's really good. The first time I tried one is when I was on board a plane and they served smoked salmon with mornay sauce and baked potatoes. As you've noticed is was very western because since I was on board a Korean type of airline they have menus ranging from authentic Korean dishes but I'm really not a into them although some dishes are okay for me. So I chose the western style instead.

My Mother used to make tuna belly fried in butter and garlic bits or sometimes it's chipped. It's very good as well. It's one of my favorite fish dishes. Of course I love our very own traditional fried fresh water milkfish with steamed rice, fresh tomatoes and soy sauce.. Yum! So aside from my first question, what's your favorite kind of seafood dish?

Oh hey, i hope this will make you laugh if not I hope it does make you snicker. I saw this tshirt in a mall that has a drawing of a shrimp which has a band aid on its face and it has a caption at the bottom that says "accident PRAWN" clever huh? I hope it wasn't too corny for ya, it actually amused me. later, 'Chiri!

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

Itai, no da! That's a truly painful pun! I like it! I like mahi-mahi, orange roughy, and similar fish grilled. I think I'll make some breakfast now as your letter has made me hungry, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Tamahome,

You are in desparste need of money and the only way that you could have lots of it is through..

option 1: Do a striptease for Nakago

or

option 2: Legally change your name to Obake-chan

what would you choose? lolz please don't be angry at me Tamahome-kun, it's just a joke...

Frikey

Dear Frikey,

Change my name! It's less demeaning.

Tamahome

Dear Tamahome,

*blushes* Coach Sukunami!

Mayo Sakaki

Dear Mayo Sakaki,

Hai?

Tamahome

Dear Hotohori,

I came to apologize for saying some harsh things to Boushin about his parents especially about you. I didn't mean to say such things, I hope he could forgive me especially you and Houki-sama. The perils that I've experience in the shi jin ten shi sho served as lessons for my bitterness and selfishness *bows*

Mayo Sakaki

Dear Mayo Sakaki,

Arigato. Apology accepted. I'm sure Houki and Boushin also forgive you.

Hotohori

Dear Chichiri,

I managed to get ahold of an old teacher of mine. I plan on sending Farewell to her, seeing as she was my language arts teacher and the best I could ever ask for. I'm anxious for her response.

In other news, my girlfriend has to go to the hospital. Thus making me extremely worried about her. x____x She has a thyroid problem and they might have to remove it.

Aside from that, I'm very excited. :3 I hopefully will at least get one movie off my Christmas list that I want, probably Marebito. If that happens, I will be very happy.

Despite being turned down, I am still writing a lot. Possibly more than ever now. I might even write through Christmas. XD; But, for once, I just /can't stop writing/ to save my life. I'm having so much fun though.

I'd have to say, for now, it seems life is treating me right... And I feel blessed. But I know in like... A month, something bad's gonna happen. x_____x; (Is it Monday yet? x____x )

On that note, my girlfriend got me to watch Descendants of Darkness and now... Ha ha... I'm hooked. D<

Kaguya-Hime

Dear Kaguya-Hime,

I'm sorry you were turned down and that your girlfriend is in the hospital. I hope she will be ok, no da. I'm sure that nothing bad is going to happen to you and that you'll have a great holiday and a wonderful New Year.

Chichiri

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

konnichiwa minna-san! I just wanted to ask you guys on how to handle all of the fangirlyness, the indecent proposals like "zOmG i wAnNa hav tazzkiz bAyBeezz!!" and "chiChiRi is sooo frikken HAWT!" that you get on your letters?

Especially to Tamahome and Hotohori cause both of you are married, how does your wives take all of this? are they getting jealous?

curious neko

Dear curious neko,

A lot of those letters we don't answer. Miaka and Houki know that they are loved so they don't worry about it.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Hotohori,

-The females' eyes would begin to sparkle and glisten.- Really?! You're glad I wasn't hurt!!? ^^ YAY!!! btw.. Did I ever mention that you are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE?!?!

xD me and this one guy at my school fight over you all the time! I let him read my FY Manga and he and I have been argueing over you ever since.. >>; It's kind of annoying since he always walks up to me and says "Hotohori is mine." -Smirk.- I'm just all like... "e__e Uh huh.. Ive known about him longer than you have! Besides.. You're a Boy." xD It's hysterical cause he argues back with whatever I say.

Lol. And yes, the things inside the backpack were ok... except the food.. -.- I opened it up and took out the bag of Hot Cheetos.. and an Orange liquid drained out of this little hole my backpack put in the bag somehow..(Stupid backpack's a Black Hole..) And it was sick!! ;~;..

~OmgItsTsukiChan!~

Dear TsukiChan,

I'm glad that you and most of your belongings were undamaged. It's nice to know I am still popular. *Smiles and sparkles.*

Hotohori

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Someone turned left into me and totaled my car. ;-;

Ayame

Dear Ayame,

Are you ok? Is your car ok? Did they at least stop?

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Hotohori,

Hotohori-sama, I have heard about how you have run your country of Kounan, and I have to say that I am very impressed. My older brother runs Kyou the same way. Both of you are splendid emperor's who put the needs of the people above all else. I pray that your god brings you many blessings, you deserve them.

Eisen

Dear Eisen,

Arigato for your kind words. I do my best for my people.

Hotohori

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

how have you all been? I hope you've all been well...

Have any of you ever heard of Harukanaru Toki no Naka de? It is very much like Fushigi Yuugi, a girl from this world gets taken to the Heian era and becomes a priestess. In this case, it's Motomiya Akane who becomes the priestess of the dragon god (Ryuujin no Miko) and her guardians are called the Hachiyo. Here are the first lot...

Ten no Seiryuu, Minamoto no Yorihisa (samurai) Chi no Seiryuu, Morimura Tenma (student from modern world, arrived with Akane) Ten no Suzaku, Inori (blacksmith's apprentice) Chi no Suzaku, Nagareyama Shimon (student from modern world, arrived with Akane) Ten no Byakko, Fujiwara no Takamichi (Vice Minister of Civil Affairs) Chi no Byakko, Tachibana no Tomomasa (Major general of the Imperial army) Ten no Genbu, Eisen (former prince of Kyou, now a monk. Older half-brother is emperor) Chi no Genbu, Abe no Yasuaki (onmyouji and pupil of Abe no Seimei) Yep, the Hachiyo are under the gods you know of!

Just wanted to share that with you all.

I hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year filled with joy! ^_^

Btamamura-chan

Dear Btamamura-chan,

We have been reading it in Shoujo Beat. Their story does seem to have a lot in common with our story... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours too! Arigato!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Chichiri,

hello there!

I was once reading an interview of Seki Tomokazu, and when asked which character he'd voiced he liked most, he replied that all of his characters are like family to him and that it would be like choosing which of his brothers were his fave. Isn't that interesting, you have a family that extends over many, many, many anime/drama series!

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Btamamura-chan

Dear Btamamura-chan,

It is nice. He's a great seiyuu, no da. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, too!

Chichiri

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Tamahome

Dear Hotohori,

They are all fine, thank you. Actually, we are planning to go to HongKong Disney land for my christmas break. So how about you guys? what's your plan this christmas, any reunions? parties?

Dear Nuriko,

jam2

Dear jam2,

We found it on a bit torrent site. There are 13 episodes in each I believe.

Nuriko

Dear Mitsukake,

So, he's most probably a Snowshoe? His personality is that of a Snowshoe, too.

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

Anything is possible.

Mitsukake

Dear Hotohori,

Hellloooo ^-^

Ila

Dear Ila,

Hello to you, too!

Hotohori

Dear Tamahome,

Well, you see, I've got the symptoms, and they show up a lot (just ask anyone from my class--I go overboard when writing essays everytime!). Especially the telltale one: intrusive and repetitive thoughts entering my mind unsolicited. And it gets so annoying! >_< My adviser Joyce-sensei has it too.

Anyway, thanks. The poem is a little over two months old; I wrote it on October 8. (Oh, so I actually write down dates now, huh?)

Ah, and one more thing before I go: *sings off key* SEVERUS SNAAAAAPE! *breaks all the windows in the house* Oops...

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

So, have you seen anyone about it?

Tamahome

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

I know it's not yet Valentines day but I'm just curious, what's the most romantic thing you guys have done to a girl?

lovestruck

Dear lovestruck,

Here are your answers:

Tamahome: I saved her life many times.

Tasuki: I dunno. Nothin' that I can think of.

Nuriko: Got her boyfriend to get off his butt and go back to her.

Hotohori: I gave my life for her.

Chiriko: I'm too young for that.

Chichiri: I never blamed her, no da.

Mitsukake: I tried to save her life.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hey! How's it going? ^_^ I had the first day of midterms today... they were all rather easy. We don't have any classes tomorrow, so today I'm going to pretend I'm lazy and stuff myself silly.

Oh, and I fell off a skateboard! o_O I know, I know, it was pretty stupid of me. But a schoolmate of mine brought a skateboard, and it was my first time to see one! I didn't fall at first, but I was trying to do this trick I succeeded in earlier, and alas, I fell. But it wasn't so bad, and I even poked fun of myself for it. I landed on my left elbow in this position (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydroblading) and pointed upwards with my right hand, going "Ta-da!" I know, I'm weird and should be kept away from when in possession of chocolate, like right now...

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

Are you ok? You didn't break anything did you? Please be careful and take care of yourelf.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Tamahome,

do you love miyaka?

jherkz

Dear jherkz,

Of course I love Miaka!

Tamahome

Dear Chichiri,

Ah... x____x In relation to my Vocaloid love, I've been looking everywhere but can't seem to find where the Vocaloid Kaito program is to buy it in America. You, erm, by any chance... Wouldn't know where, would you? o3o;;

Kaguya-Hime

Dear Kaguya-Hime,

I hadn't heard of it until now but, I did find its web peeji, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

What's your say on PDAs? (Public Displays of Attention) I just wanted your opinion...

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

We wish Tamahome and Miaka would get a room already!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Chichiri,

I seem to sign myself up for a new poison each day. x______x I've recently become fascinated by Vocaloid. It's an amazing thing, and the voices are wonderful with certain songs. I'm almost tempted to get the program myself, but it is terribly expensive. x____x

Kaguya-Hime

Dear Kaguya-Hime,

What is Vocaloid, no da? I've never heard of it.

Chichiri

Dear Tamahome,

Good morning, Tamahome-kun! I've got something for you--and Miaka. You might wanna give it for Christmas... or I don't know, it's up to you. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4698383/1/Liars_Go_to_Hell

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

Neat poem! Arigato!

Tamahome

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

are you good or evil. if you are good then where is the evil self. how they can tell how is yin and the yang (good or evil)

Anonymous

Dear Anonymous,

We are good. Everyone has a darker side, but there is no reason to show it. Yin and yang are not good and evil, they are masculine and feminine energy that flows one into the other.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Hotohori,

Kouteiheika! *bows* um.. i just stumbled upon a video of Master of Mosquiton on youtube and i've read that Alucard and you have the same seiyu (I think his name is Takehito Koyasu, am i right?) just sayin'... *awkward silence* so... how's the family? doin good i presume?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

That is correct. He is our seiyuu. My family is well, thank you. How is your family?

Hotohori

Dear Tamahome,

Ooh, listen to this!

So, according to FYGK, Suzuno's 7 or 8 (can't remember) in the 1920s, right? Assuming she marries in her early or mid-twenties, she'll have a child who, by the 1970s, will be in between his/her late-twenties to early-thirties--and be old enough to be Miaka's mother or father!

I know there's a bit of a problem with this--if this theory is true, how come Keisuke didn't recognize his supposed grandmother when he went to visit Suzuno? Here's what I think: Suzuno was afraid of exposing Miaka to her own past, fearing that she may endanger her granddaughter. This being the situation, Suzuno cut herself off from Miaka entirely. It just so happens that Miaka had already been chosen.

In this theory, Suzuno either marries someone named Yuuki, or she marries someone named Fujima or Kobayashi or whatever guy comes along. Now, the above resolution is if Suzuno bore Miaka's father. If she doesn't marry someone named Yuuki, thus bearing Miaka's mother, then why didn't she distance herself from her daughter? Actually, she did. Suzuno gave the poor child for another couple to raise so that she wouldn't have any chance of attaining the same fate as she had had to. Therefore, Miaka's mother would have no knowledge at all of Suzuno, and the latter would never have known Miaka--or Keisuke--and vice versa.

But what if Miaka's mother accidentally found the book? Well, that's another story, of course. There would be no Fushigi Yuugi, no you and Miaka together forever, and no theory for me to come up with. Oh well... I'll see you next time. 'Bye!

The Theorizer

P.S. To the unsuspecting fanfic writers who have just read this letter: Do not use my theory as a plot point in your fanfic without my consent! I'm planning to use it myself, actually.

Dear The Theorizer,

Interesting theory... I don't know if it is possible...

Tamahome

Dear Nuriko,

oh yeah nuriko.. what other animes have u watched?

jam2

Dear jam2,

I've watched a lot of anime! Kenshin, Slayers, Ouran Host Club, Bleach, Naruto, Vamire Knight to name a few.

Nuriko

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

wahahaha i'm back... i managed to get my grades up.. woohooo...!!

jam2

Dear jam2,

Good for you! Welcome back!

Chiriko

Dear Hotohori,

Can I ask what is the meaning of 'naruhodo'? *bows deeply*

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

It means "I see".

Hotohori

Dear Tamahome,

Hey pal. Remember me? *nudges Tasuki into an olympic-sized pool*

Happy Since I Pushed Tasuki

Dear Happy,

*Laughs* Not really but thanks for the entertainment!

Tamahome

Dear Tamahome,

Severus Snape has evolved into one of my favorite characters! o_o Random, I know, but it's true.

Oh, and by the way, in some other news which completely has nothing to do with Snape's recent additions to my Favorites list... I think I've got OCD. It took me about three years to realize that. O.O

SuzakuAngel

P.S. And in a postscript that has ENTIRELY NOTHING to do with OCD: I've been impersonating people, and I think I'm doing rather well! A sampling of some people I've done are you, Miaka, Hermione, Snape, Cal... the list goes on and on. I'm even going to impersonate our Computer teacher for a contest in our upcoming Year-End party. Why? 'Cause he's one of the most iconic in the faculty. Ah well...

Dear SuzakuAngel,

Why would you think you have Obssessive-Compulsive Disorder?

Tamahome

Dear Hotohori,

OMGOMGOMG!! I could've died at school today if someone hadn't have thown my backpack into a toilet o.o.. (weird coincidence.. xD) xD I know eewwwww.. >p

But still! In the locker room in 6th Hour(Last period YAY!! ^^) I normaly hide behnd this Giant Chalkboard that's leaning against a wall just so I can get away from everyone else because of my lack of Social Skills. And this one chick grabbed my backpack when I wasn't looking, and threw it into one of the stalls' toilets.. and FOOD was inside!! >/!!

But anyways.. I went over to my little hiding spot and as soon as i noticed my backpack was missing i went underneath it to grab some papers I had left that were still beneath it, and when i crawled out the chalk board collapesed and slammed into the ground! The collision was so hard and heavy it could have either killed me or seriously injured me if I had not gotten out in time..

Everyone stared as I started to flip out because right when it fell, one of my best drawings slipped from my hand and landed under the board... I lift the board and it must have weighed at least 15-16 pounds.. I'm just glad it was my drawing instead of me!! THANK YOU PERSON!!! xD Never thought I'd ever thank someone who was bulling me... o.o; lmao Miracles DO Happen!! xDD o.o;..

OmgItsTsukiChan! (just call me Tsuki xD)

Dear Tsuki,

I'm glad that you are ok and weren't injured. Was your backpack and its contents alright as well?

Hotohori

Dear Mitsukake,

I've read Ayako-chan's response about Tama-neko's breed and I woud say that I kind of agree to her speculation though japanese bobtail would be a close guess but then again, as you've said, he has a full tail. I asked that question cause I have a neighbor who's cat reminds me of tama-neko but that cat is just a local cat... so became curious as to what breed tama-neko is. Though I am considering to own a persian cat cause they are so adorable and they seem to be so.. as should say lazy? you know just laying around.. so, whatcha think?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

A Persian would be a lot of work as they would need to be groomed on a daily basis. Why not go to your local pound and save a life instead?

Mitsukake

Dear Chiriko,

That's what i thought so too. Actually, I told my parents about it and you have the same opinion such as them. Oh by the way, Our professor commended us (our group) for our thesis! :)

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

Congratulations on your thesis. I'm glad your professor liked it.

Chiriko

Dear Nuriko,

Hey there, how have you been? And the others?

It's my birthday today as I write this letter (December 6), and I have received some wonderful gifts! From my father, I received DVD boxsets of Kyo Kara Maoh and Full Metal Panic FUMOFFU (was meant to also get Get Backers, but that'll be for Christmas instead). From my grandfather, I received many DVDs like Scary Movie 4, Date Movie, South Park Imaginationland, Superhero Movie and Simpsons Movie, as well as a novelty Christmas t-shirt that says "Dear Santa, I can explain...". Also, I purchased a dress and some shoes the other day (I actually made a good choice, it's cute and mature! ^_^) and Pa decided he'd count them towards my present since he usually buys me a dress every year, so he's going to pay me back for it when I see him later today. And from a friend of mine online, I received some lovely userpics of Tracey Sketchit/Kenji from Pokemon.

I am going to get Here Is Greenwood on DVD from my best friend and "sister" in the next couple of weeks. What do you think of that series? I love the manga, and all of the main guys are pretty cool in my opinion... especially Shun, he's just so cute!

My family and I went out for dinner last night at an Italian restaurant, and we think we won't return next time, but it was a lovely change of pace in any case (and I finally managed to finish my meal... I struggle when eating in public).

About the dress, I recalled what you said about making sure that I choose an outfit that doesn't make people cringe and yet still makes me feel like I'm being my own person. It's a blue dress with puffy sleeves and a bow on the left side of the chest near the armpit. I wear it with black tights and navy blue shoes. My friend remarked I looked like a porcelain doll when she saw me in it the first time. I am so relieved I actually succeeded in solo clothes shopping for once.

Yay, I have a Christmas party to attend on December 10 with the counselling program I am undergoing! I'm going to wear a Santa hat with bells and a novelty Christmas t-shirt, the one I'm received from my grandfather.

Anyway, I've just gone on and on... it's good to see that you and the other seishi have returned, and I do hope all of you are well. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Btamamura-chan

Dear Btamamura-chan,

Happy Belated Birthday! *Gives her a hug.* Your new dress sounds very pretty. I hope you had a good time at your Christmas party.

Nuriko

Dear Mitsukake,

Hoping to be able to answer Frikey-sama's question... Tama-neko could be any of the following breeds, and the reason why I think so:

1) American Shorthair (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Shorthair): I don't really know, I just get the feeling he's an American Shorthair.

2) Snowshoe (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snowshoe_(cat)): Tama-neko has the body and fur color of a Snowshoe.

3) Munchkin (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munchkin_(cat)): Tama-neko has the same tail as a Munchkin.

I think he's a Snowshoe, or at best, Snowshoe/Munchkin.

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

I don't think his legs are short enough to be a Munchkin. A

Mitsukake

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hello guys! ^_^ How was Thanksgiving? I forgot about it since it was English week. *sweatdrops* And good luck with the finals; I'm about to take my midterms next week! So, yeah... o_o

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

Thanksgiving was fun. How was your Thanksgiving? Arigato for your good wishes! Good luck on your midterms!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Tamahome,

Yeah. And you also might wanna sit next to Nuriko.

Your Conscience

Dear Conscience,

And that would be, why?

Tamahome

Dear Chichiri,

I'm glad that you would think so. It was very sweet of you. :3

Today I finally ordered my girlfriend's Xmas gifts. XD She kepts pestering me. And, as a note, I'm waiting to hear if I'm accepted into a literary magazine still. I wish, however, that I could say I was happy.

Kaguya-Hime

Dear Kaguya-Hime,

It was a wonderful poem. Have you considered submitting it to the magazine? Good luck with your other submission, no da.

Chichiri

~OmgItsTsukiChan!~

Dear TsukiChan,

~OmgItsTsukiChan!~

Dear TsukiChan,

Nuriko

Dear Tamahome,

Do you like money rather than miaka or miaka rather than money?

qwertyuiop

Dear qwertyuiop,

Hmmm... That's a hard one... *Sees Miaka glaring at him...* Miaka! I like Miaka better than money!

Tamahome

Dear Hotohori,

Do you like nuriko?

crazy

Dear crazy,

Of course I do. He is my friend.

Hotohori

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hi guys. *sighs sadly* Something terrible happened within my clan this week, so terrible that it destroyed everyone. You see... my cousin committed suicide.

Archie-niisan was only twenty-nine years old. He had this nagging, abusive wife--she was so bitterly evil that even "heartless" is an understatement. He hanged himself out of misery last Wednesday, and everyone was utterly distraught. His brother, PJ-niisan, tried committing suicide after him, but luckily enough, he was stopped by my godmother; my godmother slapped Archie-niisan's wife, which caused the latter to bring her family and make them gang up on my godmother; Aunt Sandra was just crushed, and she kept holding on to Archie-niisan after they brought him down from the rope; Uncle Benedict got sore hands after he learned that my godmother got hurt; Mom was on the verge of tears when she went to the wake, her voice getting thick every now and then--and she doesn't cry much.

I, on my part, was horrified when I learned about what happened--torturing my cousin wasn't enough, that no-good woman destroyed everyone else! I cried last night for a good whole ten minutes or so.

It's really unforgivable... can I have a hug? Please? And please pray for my cousin too.

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

*They all give her a hug.* We're so sorry that you lost your cousin in such a sad way. Our condolences to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hey guys! check out this site called engrish.com, it's so d*mn funny! If you guys need a good laugh be sure to go to that site. lolz

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

We've seen it. Arigato for sending it to us.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Whee! I'm back from a whirlwind of a week! ^_^

So, first off, the field trip. I woke up wayyyy too early that day--it was 12:36 AM when I fully woke up. Poor me. Anyway, I got to the assembly at school early too--probably the first time in a long time. We left the school at 6:00 AM, and weirdly enough for someone like me, I didn't eat at once. I don't remember much of what happened in the bus, but I participated actively in the little trivia ditty about Metro Manila. Yay me.

Our first stop was a church in Las Pinas, where a century-old Bamboo Organ was placed. It was nicely-set up, and there was a museum right next to the church, explaining everything about the organ. Afterwards, we went to Aguinaldo Shrine, the house of one of the Philippines' heroes, which was preserved and got transformed into a museum. We took some awesome pictures there.

We had lunch at Island Cove, which I think was the highlight of our field trip. It was this petting zoo filled with all sorts of farm animals. There were also some crocodile pens, and I had my photo taken with this cute baby crocodile. I had some fun running around Island Cove, and one of my friends broke a pot while renting out a bike. :p We also went to the Philippine Air Force Museum, where we saw old models of war planes and even this cannon, which we were allowed to ride--a privilege which I took advantage of. It was fun on the cannon, and everyone on it kept whooping.

Finally, we went to Mall of Asia. We didn't do much--a pity, since it's the biggest mall in the Philippines. We went around and window-shopped, but I was able to buy some Christmas gifts. We ended the visit with some sightseeing by the bay, and on my friends' part, throwing stuff into the bay--among them keychains and handkerchiefs. On our way home, we watched this horrible eco-horror film called "Flu Birds". I don't usually get scared when I watch horror flicks, but this one was different--I was even lucky enough to see someone get his eye gouged out by one of the birds. Yikes. We still managed to make fun of the film now and then, though.

Now, fast forward to English week. My class got a string of victories, often winning over our upperclassmen by a landslide. I joined the Extemporaneous Speechmaking contest, the Spelling Bee, and the Essay-Writing contest. I won first place in the former two and second place in the latter. Marvin won second place in the poster-making contest, and our class won the "Best Spelling Team" award. Yay us!

That's about all that happened this week, and so I've gotta go! :) How was your week, by the way?

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

It sounds like you had a wonderful time. We're very happy for you! Congratulations on winning First Place! Our week has been filled with Chichiri no Aijin's papers and studing for finals. We'll be thankful when she is done!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

It appears my celebration was premature. Just like what happened last year with teaching in Japan (NOVA scandal, anyone?), a third party managed to ruin any chance of me having my voice heard as a professional voice actor. I had gotten the role, I had recorded it, and it had been mixed, but someone in the technical part screwed up, and it was never debuted in time. Now, the recording is useless, since it was specific to Halloween 2008, and since no one is put on hold at any other time of the year, me recording a generic thing for the rest of the year would be a complete waste of time. Nobody outside the company will ever get to hear it; I still have the recording, but who's going to know it's a professional recording, since it never debuted?

In short, I am stressed because it seems like every single time my dreams are in reach, they are yanked away at the last second. My Japan dream is impossible because of what happened with NOVA, and by the time that clears up, I'll probably be in my 30s and have a severe disadvantage in the world of teaching because of my age -- it's only six short years away. (Other jobs there are pretty much out of the question, since I am not fluent in Japanese, nor am I going to become fluent anytime soon as a just-barely-scraping-by person in suburban Wisconsin no matter how much I study, and all the other jobs I know of require either being "business fluent" (might as well just say "fluent") in Japanese or having some sort of special skill, like IT or business, which are areas where I have no talent at all.) My professional voice acting dream is impossible because the one single opportunity in this area was yanked away at the last second because of someone else's mistake. I feel like I'm gonna be an office stiff for the rest of my life, and I would rather die young than for the best possible outcome in life being having to spend the next 50 years looking back and seeing that the best part of life, the time when things were exciting, when I was in Japan, when my dreams were within my reach, had ended before my 24th birthday, and all the effort I have put forth was for nothing because I will have failed to reach any sort of lifestyle that would actually bring me happiness (and I can't fool myself into thinking I enjoy something I really don't enjoy but just do to make ends meet). I'm even having trouble even motivating myself because I've seen what the end result of me trying hard is: a third party screws things up, and suddenly all the effort was for nothing, and me putting forth a half-hearted effort would have yielded results as least as good as what I got pursuing my goals wholeheartedly. I'm sorry for getting all of your hopes up.

Are my dreams completely out of reach, or is there something that's actually POSSIBLE -- and I mean has a better likelihood than me getting struck by lightning -- that I can do to make things happen, given the situation I'm in? Also, how do I manage to motivate myself given my track record of my dreams being yanked away at the last minute?

Sorry for being depressing again; this whole situation is, at best, frustrating; Sisyphean, even.

Ken'ichi

Dear Ken'ichi,

We're sorry that someone else's incompetence has cost you an oppourtunity, but that is not a reason to give up on your dream. As for motivation, you just need to pick yourself up and get back on your horse so to speak. Perhaps rethinking how you are going about getting what you want and trying a different approach to achieving your dreams is in order. Ganbatte kudasai!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Mitsukake,

*sniffs* I hate colds!! where can i find DIYs for curing colds... i believe there's this saline stuff for colds and sinuses? argh.. my head hurts too. :(

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

Hot ea with honey as well as hot lemonade are both good for making you feel better. The best thing is a lot of rest. Odaijini!

Mitsukake

Dear Tasuki,

oh hey there Tas- ACHOO!! ..ki ugh! I've got colds :( just wanna drop by and say hi but it looks like i can't hang out here much longer cause you might catch my cold. *sniffs and blows nose* argh.. gomen, Tasuki. *smiles meekly* man, my head hurts too. Gawd i feel like a cr*p. :(

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

I hope ya' feel better soon.

Tasuki

Dear Chichiri,

Ah, I still can't get over the Mizu kagami thing.. well it was a woderful song after all... Hey um want some sushi? I've got some. Oh by the way, we've got some fresh salmon fo you here. *smiles*

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

Arigato for your kind words and delicious sushi, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

I'm currently listening to your songs right now! I kinda have the half of FY sountrack and vocals and so far, the playlist is almost done. Just say kudos to your works of art. :D

to THTC: I wish you guys could make more song other than Metcha Hajikete... I'm more than willing to be your -ahem- groupie but most of you guys are married. Well half of you, I suppose and you have kid/s?! I believe Chichiri has a fiancee and Tasuki.. hmm... I really like Tasuki as a brother. No offence Tasuki-kun, you are uber hot (literally) but i look up to you as a brother who consents me to drink! lol don't worry I'm of legal age.

On Aoi Jyuu.. love the collabo guys!

Tamahome: ya know Tama-kun, Ai to lu na no tatakai ni has some very catchy beats good work on the vocals too. I can picture you dancing to this song as well! haha! I do love Miaka's song as well. *Miaka hums in agreement at the mention of you dance to that tune*

Hotohori: Boku no uchuu ni... is very relaxing. As always, your vocals is so soothing. Who ever is the girl you are dedicating this song to is so lucky. Oh wait, I think that girl is Houki. am I right? *looks at Houki and grins because she is blushing*

Nuriko: well done Otome Ranman is the 'shiznit!' hahaha seriously, twas woderful! where did ya learn to sing like that?

Tasuki: Are you sure you're a bandit? You sound like a rockstar to me especially in Heart ni kiraboshi. *highfives you*

Chichiri: oh gosh Chichiri!! Mizu kagami is so *sniffs and dabs her eyes* beautiful but seems so sad. great job there!

Mitsukake: my goodness Mitsukake, i didn't know you had a balladeer's voice! so deep and so masculine. *swoons* How about that Tama-neko, your master has a talent in singing! *tama meows in agreement*

Chiriko: Akai.. is a very cute song. It's so you. though i don't understand the lyrics, the vocals very well compliments the flute part. by the way what was that woodwind instrument that was playing at the background?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

Arigato! We're all very happy that you like our songs!

Nuriko: I didn't learn it anywhere. I just sing like that.

Hotohori: *Smiles* You're right, it was Houki.

Chiriko: I believe it was.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Nuriko,

I found this site called myheritage.com and there's lots of fun thing in there like creating your own family tree and finding your celebrity look-a-likes! I tried mine and Michelle yeoh, Kristin kreuk, Shannen Doherty, namie amuro and other Asian actresses i don't know were also one of my look-a-likes! Why mostly asian you ask.. it's because I am Asian.

hmm.. this Namie Amuro person is a Japanese popstar right? Do you have any favorite Asian pop star or jpop perhaps?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

She is. None really. I have started listening to Zard and I like her music.

Nuriko

Dear Hotohori,

Are you a dog person or a cat person? Just wondering, because president-elect Obama wants a puppy in the white house so i'm just wondering what kind of animal is suitable for the palace... or maybe animals are prohibited perhaps?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

I like all animals. Either would be welcome in the palace.

Hotohori

Dear Chiriko,

What I don't understand is whenever I have nightmares, It's always related to school. Example, i dreamt about failing a class or a subject and not being able to graduate... what does that mean? In reality my grades are ok (well, i got high grades last semester actually) and i submit homeworks and projects on time. What does that mean?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

It sounds to me like you have a lot of anxiety about school and grades. Maybe you need to relax a bit.

Chiriko

Dear Nuriko,

I thought you say you have no interest being GAY?

No Name

Dear No Name,

I don't!

Nuriko

Dear Tamahome,

Does Miaka eats a lot?

XXX

Dear XXX,

YOU BET!

Tamahome

Dear Nuriko,

Lately, these past few days, I have been having a lot of trouble coming to terms with what happened to you in Bei-jia/Hokkan... :'( I mean, when I first saw that when I was 9, I cried my eyes out! (Dad decided it was hilarious that I cried so hard and for weeks wouldn't let me live it down! xD) I've been going crazy listening to your songs on repeat, and my dad is being sweet enough to get me the entire tv series again! *does a dance* (the box-sets he has now belong to him, although he never has the time to watch it along with much of the hundreds of other anime collecting dust on our shelves xD; ) I think I'm gonna avoid that scene like the plague, tho :/ Dunno what I'm going to do when I get to that part in my fanfic xD;; I want to make it so you and the others don't have to die, but at the same time you can't change the past... *shakes head* arrg, what'm I thinking?? It's MY fanfic, which makes me Goddess!! *laughs maniacally and is cheered up* I can make anything happen that I want to!! ^^-v *peace* Inner Self:: Power-hungry, much?? oO;; on that note, I think I will continue my crazy messages on a diff letter for everyone :3 Stay beautiful! (and please stay alive <3)

Ayako-chan

Dear Ayako-chan,

I'm sorry you cried so much. *Hugs her* As for your fanfic, it is yours to do what you wish.

Nuriko

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Oh my God... I am so excited for tomorrow's field trip! ^_^ My mom even allowed me to haul the digicam along, and right now I'm downloading songs for my MP3. I also got to choose my food... *sigh* It's gonna be so much fun! More on what I actually want to say will come the next time I write. I'm excited to pack my stuff. :)

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

We hope you had fun on your trip!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

i'm sorry guys but this is the last letter i would give you *sigh* i've been banned from using the internet... in other words i can't send you letters any more... wahh... and the reason is that i got a failing grade in my history subject.. that sucks right??? anyway i'll be back.. i'll work hard so that i can "communicate" with you guys again bye for now..

jam2

Dear jam2,

As much as we'll miss you, you need to pull your grades up. So, ganbatte kudasai!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Mitsukake,

in response to Frikey B.'s question, I think Tama-neko looks sort of like he's at least part Siamese cat :0 (just a guess, tho :P) I've heard that a lot of cats in Japan are the type that are white with brown markings, like Tama-neko, but I can't remember the breed for the life of me!! :0 missed you and everybody, btw :3

Ayako-chan

Dear Ayako-chan,

I would speculate Japanese Bobtail but Tama-neko has a full tail.

Mitsukake

Dear Tamahome,

Hey, I've got an idea. How about you and the other Seishi play "Spin the Bottle" with a twist? Instead of kissing the person the bottle points to, you can whack one another on the head.

Your Conscience

Dear Conscience,

That only works if it points to Tasuki.

Tamahome

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hello, minna-san!

Wow, your Christmas plans sound great! I hope you all get what you'd like.

You were close, I'm not British, I'm Australian, but we're under British monarchy so a lot of our holidays are the same as over there.

It's going to be really hot this summer, spring is already very warm (and silly me forgot the sunscreen and got sunburned...) and the drought here is going to get worse. Somehow that led to me wondering what you guys do to cope with the heat, especially when you can't go swimming. My father and I usually hole ourselves up in the living room with the air conditioner going. But, you never know when a power outage will strike (like last year on a day it was 40 degrees celsius).

I hope all of you are well!

Btamamura-chan

Dear Btamamura-chan,

That's right, you're on the opposite side of the world so your seasons run opposite of ours. We hope you and your have a great Christmas!

SEISHI

Dear Nuriko,

have you watch any other anime before?

jam2

Dear jam2,

I have. Lots of them!

Nuriko

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

The field trip's on Friday! Whee! I'm gonna try and look for that thousand-piece FY puzzle in Mall of Asia (one of our destinations)... hopefully it'll be there, 'cause after seeing it in the shop for the first time, I never saw it again. And then I'll buy some Christmas gifts for my family and Joy-neechan. :)

This will actually be my first trip without any form of guidance, so I'll actually get to MTTM with my friends. And I'll try to look for a beautiful keepsake I can share, too... Ah well. I'll just wait for Friday to see what I can do! :3

Lots of love!

SuzakuAngel

P.S. MTTM means "mingle to the max". ^_^ And do itashimashite for the trailer, arigato gozaimasu for the luck wishes... And all that jazz.

Dear SuzakuAngel,

We hope you had a good time with your friends. You're welcome!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Chichiri,

Wow! ^^ That's very amazing. Thank you very much! I'm honored that CnA would do something like that. ^^ I'm surprised it's getting such praise though. It was written in around... Twenty minutes, so I thought it would suck.

Kaguya-Hime

Dear Kaguya-Hime,

You're very welcome. It was a lovely and touching poem, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Nuriko and Hotohori,

I managed to come across some fantastic beauty supplies when I was shopping the other day. As a fashion designer and model myself, I know true beauty and what can aid it, so I purchased it. I'd never looked so gorgeous, not even when I was first introduced to make-up! ^_^.

You guys really must try it out... if you can find it somewhere, it's only available in my cosmos. -_-.

Olivie, Yume no Shugosei ^_^.

Dear Olivie,

It sonds interesting but, his majesty really doesn't need anything to enchance his natural beauty. I, on the other hand, like to experiment sometimes.

Nuriko and Hotohori

Dear Tasuki,

Better watch out because I, the infamous bandit killer (sheesh, who gives me those stupid nicknames? I don't kill bandits... on purpose) will be coming for ya!

Lina Inverse

Dear Lina Inverse,

Geez... Yer back chasin' me again? Don't ya' ever give up?

Tasuki

Dear Tamahome,

Hey, I found a great treasure map, apparently it will lead to a vast fortune beyond anyone's wildest dreams!

Wanna join me on my treasure hunt? Of course, I'll have to charge you if you decide to come, because I'll be providing supplies. :p

Nami of the Mugiwara Kaizokudan

Dear Nami,

And after you charge me how much do I actually get to keep?

Tamahome

Dear Nuriko,

Hey there, my family runs a chain of inns in Japan, and every vacation, I often go to help. My mother often has me dress up as a girl because.. well, I do look like one. ^___^ I have a younger brother who also looks like a girl, but he's a bit young, and I also have a baby sister.

I'm thinking of trying a new look this year. What goes well with long, pink hair and equally pink eyes?

Thanks, Nuri-chan~! (I think it's a cute nickname, don't you? :3)

Shun-chan

Dear Shun-chan,

Ithought I recognized you from "Here's Greenwood"! How are Reina and Yui? I would think a frilly pink dress would be nice as would blasck if you want a starker contrast. It is a cute nickname.

Nuriko

Dear Mitsukake,

What kind of breed is Tama-neko?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

Gomen, I don't know.

Mitsukake

Dear Tamahome,

I just summed up the money I earned when I had my summer job and i was pretty happy cause I rose up to $2000 well for me that's alot! My mom suggested I bank it as time deposit for my college expenses and stuff I'd like to give you some of my earnings but I don't know a foreign exchage establishment that changes dollars to ryus. Hahaha! just kidding! Here *coughs up some ryus for you*

Anyway, I plan to withdraw some money cause I want this new gadget called an iPod nano but my mom objects it but I really want one. We had a not-so-heeated debate last night and she told me to make a wise decision. Any suggestions?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

They seem to be about $150 for the 8GB. How about you suggest to her that you split the cost and she pay half of it as a Christmas present for you?

Tamahome

Dear Chichiri,

Hey-ya Chichiri! I recently made Tasuki envy with this so called kahlua flavored ice cream i ate in a nearby mall! Anyways, you are a wandering monk hence you travell alot right? You know, I've always wanted to go to a hot spring with resort and spa if i go would you like to accompany me to have some R and R? (rest and relaxation) we could also bring Tasuki so that I could let him try the ice cream i was talking about.

I know this is quite vague but, If i happen to visit Konan will you be my tour guide? That includes, a day tour of the Imperial Palace (I hope Hotohori-sama wouldn't mind cause I wanted to meet hima and his family) and Mts. Reikaku and Taikyoku. lol I know it sounds crazy but will ya? hmm? *nudges him*

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

If it is ever possible, I would love to, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Hotohori,

Hello Hotohori-sama *bows* how is you family doing? By the way, I was just lurking around youtube for some FY videos and look what i've found!

Isn't it so.. romantic? *dreamy sigh* Do you think that i'll find the right person to love [and vice versa] just as you found yours through Houki?

Frikey B.

Dear Frikey B.,

*Dabs at his eyes...* It was lovely, arigato. I'm sure you will.

Hotohori

Dear Tasuki,

Just curious, how many indecent proposals do you get from this website? *tosses him a bottle of beer* bottoms up, Tasuki!

Frikey Bryar

Dear Frikey Bryar,

Too many to count an' none of 'em ever get on th' site. Thanks fer th' beer.

Tasuki

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hey guys! You GOTTA see this! ^_^

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

That was an awesome Harry Potter trailer! Arigato for sharing!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hey all! A lot has happened, last weekend I fr*cken burned my arm bad but oh well. Today the owner of Knitcraft said I'm doing a good job so :D I got my paycheck with my newest raise and I made $552.41 :D Yeah, Klaus and I called it quits because he lives too far away and its really not worth it, my mom even agrees with that. But I'm already going to be going on like 4 dates!! One was going to be this weekend but it got cancled cuz the guy had to work which is fine cuz I'm not feeling the greatest and I hear the weather ain't going to be that great. But Klaus and I are still going to be good friends and he said if we were to live closer we'll try again. But yeah I don't know what I'm going to really do tomorrow seeing that I pretty much finished all of the work I can do.. Hmm... But yeah I've had a bit of a stressfull week at work so I'm ready for the weekend!!! Well I'm gonna get going so I'll ttyal :D

The Nachoknot

Dear The Nachoknot,

We hope your arm is ok and heals soon. It sounds like you needed your weekend! We hope it was a good one!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Tamahome,

Hey there! ^_^ I've been able to stretch my allowance across at least two days lately. And I saw this great pair of jeans in the mall last Saturday, and it's my brand of choice. I didn't buy it, though, I went for thrift. Soo, yeah... happy, happy, happy. :3 Anyway, I gotta go. Mom's laptop is running out of battery.

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

*Grins* Good for you!

Tamahome

Dear Chichiri,

hi chichiri!!! i've already finished reading "the legend of shouryuu"(chichiri's novel) at first i want you to have a new gf so you wouldn't be lonely.. and i dont want you to be a bachelor forever.. i also want you to have a happy ending like tamahome, you know.

but when i have finished reading the novel... i realized kouran will never be replaced in your heart.. so i wish that kouran will be reincarnated so both of you will be happy... waaahh... i've learned in your story that you must have faith in your partner no matter what happens, right? =)

sabrina

Dear sabrina,

Hai! Arigato for your kind words, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hello, minna-san.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read and respond to my letter. I am doing as you suggested and seeking help so that one day I may be able to cope with everything. I am especially thankful that you took the time to read my letter because I usually find it hard to talk about it when it's not in writing and I really needed to get all of that off my chest...

Okay, this time, my question is of a positive note: Have you guys heard of Christmas? How will you celebrate it this year?

My plans will go in this order: wake up, wake my father up, have breakfast and open presents (most often anime DVDs from my father), wait for brother and grandfather to arrive, go with said brother and grandfather to the cemetaries to visit Mum, Nana, Angela (my friend), Great-Nana... Then we head back home for lunch. After having lunch with my family, we head our own ways. My brother goes back home to celebrate with his friends and the family he's living with, my grandfather goes home (or this year he might spend it with a friend since his dog had been put down earlier this year), Dad goes to have some drinks with his friends and I go to a barbeque held by some family friends. On Boxing Day, we might go to my Aunt's place since my older cousin, her boyfriend and her kids will be there as well, it's a good chance to have a family reunion of sorts for Mum's side of the family.

Anyway, thanks again, your last response really did help, and I felt better reading it because it meant someone cared to listen.

See ya later, guys! ^^

Btamamura-chan

Dear Btamamura-chan,

You're very welcome and we're glad we were able to help. We do know what Christmas is and will celebrate by exchanging presents and having a wonderfu dinner with our friends and loved ones. By the way, since you mentioned Boxing Day are you by any chance British?

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

As my loyalty to you my dear Suzaku Seishi, I have somehow incorporated your attributes in my daily life. I have these so called 'moments' that are somehow related to you guys.

When I need money or I'm lovey dovey with my bf I'm having "Tamahome moment"

When I'm drinking (but not brawling) with my friends, I'm having a "Tasuki Moment"

When I'm feeling beautiful, of course it's a "Hotohori moment"

When I'm feeling smart it's a "Chiriko moment"

Whenever I play with my cat it's i'm having a "Mitsukake moment"

When I'm having a fashionable moment well, it's a "Nuriko moment"

Whenever I'm travelling I feel like Chichiri so it's definitely a "Chichiri moment"

haha, I realized it. ;P

Frikey

Dear Frikey,

That's very clever! Arigato!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Chiriko,

I just saw my grades from the past semester and they were high! all of them are 88% and above. Gosh, I am so relieved! yay! lol You know what, whenever somebody says that I'm so intelligent and I ace exams or any quizzes I always think that "hey, I'm having a Chiriko moment!" haha, how about that huh? coining a moment after you. I have named some moments after the other seishis too, no da. (that's gonna be in my other letter though)

Frikey Bryar

Dear Frikey Bryar,

Good for you! Congratulations on your good grades! That's a good moment to be named after. *Smiles*

Chiriko

Dear Chichiri,

Teehee! ^_^ I wrote somehting else recently, too. I want you to read it, too. http://ladyoichi.deviantart.com/art/My-Country-102803998 It's poetry, for once. ( x_________x ) I wrote it namely because of Prop 8. And, well, after discovering Poland's consititution bans Gay Marriage, I was heartbroken... You see, I really wanted to go to Poland... But I realized that in Poland, I would be prosecuted because of who I love.

Kaguya-Hime

Dear Kaguya-Hime,

That was a wonderful poem, no da! Arigato for sharing it with us! I hope you don't mind but Chichiri no Aijin liked it so much she printed off a copy (with credit to you) and gave it to one of her Psychology professors. He was very touched by it, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Tasuki,

ohhh tasuki... i saw this person that looked more or less like you and guess what... he asked me out... wooohhh... i was really nervous though... hehe.. the shocking thing is that he was soo sweet... unlike you.... hehehe

jam2

Dear jam2,

Eh? Whaddya' mean I ain't *^%$#+0 sweet? I'm a nice guy!

Tasuki

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

I've really enjoyed writing here... i wish you were all real..*sigh* anyway i'm contented in this...

oohhh i have a question... do any of you know how to speak/write chinese? it will be a great help... love you all... jamilee signing out... hehehe

jam2

Dear jam2,

We're glad you're enjoying yourself here. We do... in the book. Gomen.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Hotohori,

ooohhhh... boushin is soooo cute... hmmm... if only boushin has a twin... That would be soo much fun!!! right?

jam2

Dear jam2,

It would certainly be interesting and lively...

Hotohori

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Wow, thanks for asking. (Kinda flattered here...) My report card was okay. Everything went up, except for three subjects (Mathematics, Science, and MAPEH), the former two of which stayed the same and the latter having gone down by three points. Conduct went down by a point (heehee...), and club work went up by three. I'm rather happy about my grades, particularly because... certain distractions didn't get in my way. ^_^ The weather today's horrible, and I'm hungry. So, let's eat! I've got noodles!

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

Dear Tasuki,

You know, I'm a bit of a alcoholic myself (don't worry i'm of leagal age) one time we were tought how to concoct our own drinks may it be cocktail or mocktail and my favorite was Bailey's because of it's chocolatey taste with some other vanilla based liquor and it's super yummy! i forgot what it's called but i definitely like it. oh! oh! here's another story, one time my bestfriend and i went to the mall and tried out this ice cream made with wine liquors! It's soooo good! hehe i don't mean to make you drool with envy but it's true! I tried out this kahlua flavored ice cream. yum! Don't worry, the next time i go to that mall, i'll bring one for you.

Sorry if i'm rambling about the pleasures of alcohol, Tasuki-sama. I just think that i should tell it to ya cause you're i think that you're the only seishi who can relate to this kind of stuff. My bestfriend is planning to have a cocktail party before our thesis officially starts, wanna come? We'll see if we could provide you of some sake.

Frikey Bryar

ps. Man, you should've attended this year Oktoberfest! It was awesome, beers eveywhere! I automatically remembered you. I wish you and Kouji would've been there with us.

Dear Frikey Bryar,

I wish I was there too! Th' ice creams sound great! Now I wanna try some!

Tasuki

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

This letter is specifically for Tamahome and Hotohori since they have their own families. My lords, what does it takes to be a good family man? a loving husband and a father? do you miss your bachelor days?

Frikey Bryar

Dear Frikey Bryar,

We don't miss our bachelor days. A good family man? Patience, love, caring about your family, being a good povider and an equal partner. All of these are what it takes.

Tamahome and Hotohori

Dear Nuriko,

I've just undergone a hair relaxation treatment and i'm loving my silky smooth hair so far. How can I maintain it? Because hair relaxing is quite pricey (it costs 2,000 pesos or $45 per session)

Frikey Bryar

Dear Frikey Bryar,

Different people use different treatments. Your best bet is to ask the stylist that did your hair how best to take care of it.

Nuriko

Dear Tamahome,

Hi Tamahome! how are you?? hehe.. by the way, i'm sabrina from philippines.. i'm a fushigi yuugi addict.. i really love fushigi yuugi especially YOU.. you are #1 for me.. you're the best among the rest.. hehe... anyway.. i've wrote you because i have something to ask.. i'm really confused with your identity and taka sukanami's identity.. in the anime, you are reincarnated as taka sukunami that does not have his memories about suzaku but you have gained it in the eikoden part.. so does it mean that you (kishuku soh) are already dead in the book? and another thing.. in the fushigi gaiden..in tamahome's novel.. megumi sensei said that taka sukunami is the real tamahome.. the suzaku just made a tamahome in the book in order that miaka can meet you there.. is it right? ...did watase sensei agree on it??

hehe.. sorry for having so many question.. i just want to know you more.. i hope you can answer me right away.. thank you very much.. take care always.. wo ai ni...=)

sabrina

Dear sabrina,

Arigato! We are basically one and the same. I was born into Miaka's world as Taka, but in the book I'm still Tamahome. I didn't die in the book. I would have to think that Watase-sensei had a say on what went into the Gaidens.

Tamahome

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Ever heard of the reality show called "Survivor"? What if there's only the seven of you, as in the Suzaku sichiseishi that are left and you have competed through the challenges and stuff now for the next tribal elimination who will you vote off the island and why?

Frikey Bryar

Dear Frikey Bryar,

That's very difficult. Perhaps Chiriko as he is the youngest of us.

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Tamahome,

hi tamahome.. oh sorry tamahome... i have a mistake in my 1st letter.. in the part that you've gained your memories.. i've said that it is eikoden part.. *toinks!* i'm wrong.. it was in OVA 2, right? hehe.. and by the way.. sorry again i haven't read that you will answer our questions in the letters section.. uhm.. so it's okay if you will not send it on my email address.. i'll just wait your answer there in the letters section.. =)

sabrina

Dear sabrina,

That's ok. I did answer your letter.

Tamahome

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hellooooo. ^_^ To summarize the day: I got a bit feverish, I didn't eat my lunch during recess, tomorrow's the release of our report cards, I lit my first matchstick, I burnt my finger, and we--my classmates and I--got locked up in the Science lab for an hour so that our adviser could monitor us while she did the report cards. Heehee.

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

It sounds like you had quite the day! So how was your report card?

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Tamahome,

Hey fella. Just dropping a line from the deepest corners of your mind.

Your Conscience

Dear Conscience,

Hi!

Tamahome

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Excitement isn't the word for it lol. I've had SO much going on :) But everything is going VERY good ^^ My job is going GREAT, I've been out pheasant hunting FINALLY after years and I get to go again in a couple weeks, deer hunting is this weekend, school's been good. Sure, I've been TIRED and it's really hard to get out of bed in the morning, but it's worth it :) And I've found out that like, 3 guys I've known since High school have wanted to ask me out and I"m like ... It's weird lol. Like, after I have a boyfriend, they want to go out with me and it's like "Sorry, I'm taken and happy ^^" So, that actually made me feel better about myself, but Hartmut's my honeybunch (Thank you Klaus and rest of family for starting that lol) And jaaa :) Um... Yeah I can't think of much else to say. Hope you've all been well! Take care ^^

Ila

Dear Ila,

We're glad you're so happy and that things are going so well for you.

Suzaku Seishi

Hotohori

Dear Tasuki,

How much hair gel do you use to get your style?

GreenEnvy

Dear GreenEnvy,

*Grins* None, why?

Tasuki

Dear Chichiri,

-cough- Well. ^^; It's just Chopin, really. You have no idea what kind of... Euphoric sensation comes with it, that feeling... Depending on the piece. With Farewell, I feel like my own heart is weighed down, with Grande Valse Brilliant, I want to move around the room. With Raindrops, there's this serenity... With Fear, well, that's quite obvious...

That reminds me. I received such a high compliment on one of my stories! One that has a huge chance of being published. "It was amazing... I could feel Maria's pain as my own, that guilt... I wanted to curl up in a corner and die." ;w; The piece was titled Farewell Chopin. Admittedly, I wanted to cry myself when it was done..

Kaguya-Hime

Dear Kaguya-Hime,

That's wonderful! Not that you wanted to cry but that you can so touch others. I hope you get published, no da.

Chichiri

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Thanks for the concern. Last night, I thought everything would be all right for me when the morning comes, but noooo, it just seemed to get worse. Mom used the stethoscope and according to what she said, my cough was so bad she thought she could hear the Beast in there or something. (Yeah, we were all raised watching Disney movies...)

Heheh... the reference made in the exchange between Nuriko and Tamahome is to "Titanic", where Cal ordered Lovejoy to find Rose, whom they couldn't find, and then Cal tells Lovejoy, "It's a ship, there's only so many places she could be." It was a rather grave moment there, and while I was writing it, I was kinda reminded of "Poltergeist"... Ah well. You'll see once the fic's all done anyway. ^_^

How was my Halloween? I almost forgot what day it was that morning, actually. I finished Super Paper Mario for the second time that day (yeah, sore thumbs didn't stop me); the first time was on January 24. I kept dubbing my favorite character, Tippi, so I thought that the neighbors must have been thinking that I'm nuts. Which I am, by the way. But a sore right on my tongue bothered me so much. *sigh* My cough's been on since Saturday, and we still ice skated. And I was kinda slacking, but I think I was okay for my condition. But I want some ice cream... and a Toblerone... waaaaaaahhhhh...

Since the rest of my weekend was rather uneventful, I'm leaving it here. I did a bit of homework after calling a friend yesterday, though. ^_^;; Bye!

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

We hope you're better by now!

Suzaku Seishi

Dear Suzaku Seishi,

Hey guys. ^_^ I was supposed to return to school from the semestral break today, but I got sick and here I am, stuck at home. Yippity-yippity-hee-yi-yay.

SuzakuAngel

Dear SuzakuAngel,

Sorry you're sick. We hope you get well soon!

Suzaku Seishi
