      I'm the only one qualified to rule - Kourin doesn't understand most of the laws in Konan (or obey them for that matter) - but when only I can be an ambassador or a party leader or a delegate......I'm worried that I will be sacraficing my family for my country, or vice versa. I've really got no idea how to handle it and it's driving me up the wall. *rubs her head and sips some tea*

      I know what my relationship with my father was like - I was lucky he got to see me as much as he did, and that was because he was overprotective of me because I was the only daughter. But I still didn't see him much - imperial duties and trying to make time for six other children on top of me - the baby girl.

      It's frightening how few close memories I have of him. I'm older now and I understand how important his duties were but when I was little I didn't like it - I daresay I hated him for never being home. He always missed such big things in my life. The first time I manage to ride a horse I was so impressed and proud. I wanted to tell everyone. Mom listened but she was tired and didn't really pay attention, my brothers didn't care...and Dad was too busy to have the time to listen.

      I don't want Kourin and my children to remember me like that - as the person who always had more important things to do than spend time with them. *sighs and rubs her temples* It's got me running in circles worried.

      Grrrrr....I'm so ANGRY w/ my father! I'm going to college this fall, and my father is the VP of the university I'm attending. As such, his children get free tuition, called Grant-In-Aid. I decided I wanted to live away from the family, in the dorms (truth be told, I can't much stand my father), which costs twice as much as the tuition, and I've decided to pay for it myself because I don't want my father holding it over my head that HE was the one responsible for my getting a college education. Now here's the problem: Last night, I was working out what to pay when for my dorm, and what to pay w/scholarships I got and such and he's trying to tell me that he'll pay and I shouldn't worry. But I told him I wanted to do SOMETHING myself...I can handle the expenses, especially with my scholarship, and he said "Fine, get your OWN f*@#ing Grant-In-Aid!" and I knew he would do it, pushing it in my face that I couldn't do it w/out him. It just gets me so upset. I don't mind taking his help, but the price is me forever being thankful for what HE did, and always being reminded that I couldn't do it on my own. How do I deal with him, and this problem?

      Desputable as in arguable. Like there are some 'couples' in FY that the fans like but have limited supporting evidence from the series - it is desputed between fans as to wether the chars are a couple or not. (IE: I think Suboshi deserved to win his Yui-sama - countless others think Su-chan deserved to die --;)

      I was wondering - aside from you and Miaka and Hotohori and Houki - which 'couple' you think was closest to being a set pair - who had a large enough fan base and enough evidence to be considered a permanent couple in your book?
