anywho... it got to the part about loosing weight effectively.. and i knew this.. it aint about carbs or less fat.. calories... less calories.. so here is my request...

a while ago for my health class we had to look at a site.. where you entered in your age.. weight. height.. and stuff.. and it would TELL you your ideal weight.. plus like.. how many calories you need to have.. so like you could loose weight and stuff... i cannot find the site link in my bookmarks (firefox.. somehow.. deleted them all T_T ) and maybe.. you knew it? it was a really professional done site... you enter in information reguarding you... and it would then calculate things for you.. and i wish i knew that site again because.. i want to know what my ideal calorie range is... right now i am at a blank... and for all i know i could be injesting way more cals than i need!!! x.x

When it comes to studying, however, how you do it can be just as important as doing it in the first place. Some people need silence, other people want background noise to filter out when they study. Some people can study in the middle of a crowded cafe, other people want nobody around for ages. If you find what's effective for you (sometimes by finding what's not), then you can add to your study powers. Especially with a tutor around, then you can be really good at your studying.

And many, many hugs to Suiren. It's not okay to be sad all the time (it's depressing), and so if ya havta go on pills to be better, then you havta do that. Really. But we're all here for ya if ya need to vent. (Especially those thick-headed boys, Tasuki and Tamahome. You could throw bocce balls off their heads for hours and they wouldn't blink.)

The doc said I was still a lil young to be tested fer it, so I'm just on a pill to balance out my seratonin levels. (I know I spelled that wrong, the stuff in yer brain that makes ya feel good) Doctor T. also said it'd be good if I got involved in some exercizin', so I guess I will join the track team this spring. I did always feel better when I got to run around. Cuz exercize releases more seratonin. ^_^ Our bodies are so fascinating. I think so from a scientific point and Bara, from a perverted view, but now that I think about it... what does that really say about me? I was rather disappointed we're starting chapter 7 and I wasn't in class to laugh when they said reproductive body parts. I admit my maturity is low for what it should be, but still... ya hear ***** an' ya can't help but giggle! It doesn't help that my younger sister uses that word to wake me up in the morning.

Off that note, my medicine is givin' me a tummy ache. Sure, more pain when I'm still sick. But a lil stomach ache is bareable for now. I just wanna stay in my over sized T-shirt and slippers and relax. Is it a lil drafty in here? ... Oh... yeah... only a T-shirt. I better go get somethin' on my lower self before I go see Tasuki... *keeps T-shirt pulled down to my knees and runs off*

Anyway, I have this ex-friend. She's hurt me alot. Just becuase of a dumb boy that she barely even knows, she forgot that I even exist and that i have feelings too! She forgot all the promises that she's made to me. She even lied to my friends that I transfered to a different school and she got high grades even if none of those things were true. She also accuses me of things, making me look really bad to my other friends. But these days she's begging for my sympathy, and that I should forgive her because she said she loves being friends with me, yet for some reason... I have a feeling that she's just saying that... My 13-year-old sister is very possessive and I have the distinct feeling that she has some very nonkosher intentions towards me. Not allowed to write the whole thing out. Just cues. So, basically, it has to be memorized.

My lab partners decided that they were going to work on our presentation when I couldn't... even though they said that they'd wait until I could work with them. So I had to give myself a really low rating, because my role was limited to editing.

And the girls in the front of the house are fucking UNBEARABLE. THEY'RE allowed to be loud and intolerable because "OMFG, THEIR ANCESTORS WERE ENSLAVED BY THE EVIL WHITE PEOPLE!!!" which means that when they're b*tches toward me, I have to be nice and just take it... because I'm white. ._.;

i don't know why I'm not feeling well! It's been like this for 2 weeks and I hope it clears up before I leave on friday! *just bows head and sighs* First this now Haku's all depressed about me leavin (It's only fer a week!) And I KNOW Sui-chan is gonna miss me! (Don't worry Sui-chan! You'll be getting calls! Mom's lettin' me take the callin' card!) But... I'll miss then all that's for sure... and I feel sorry for them... It's supposed to snow (suppost to tomorrow actually) but yeah... Saturday I was bored as h*ll so I didn't do anything... no wait... I went to church for something for confirmation,...

Sunday... I got confirmed so that was a hecktick day *sweatdrop* But me Sui-chan and Ayame got to inhale helium! That was fun!

Last week of the term went REALLY well! I think I have all A's... I dunno I have to wait until I get my report card but I know I have Bio: Not sure Pe/Health- A Animal Science- Not sure Band- A (it SHOULD be that!) BUt yeah, the second term has started... yippy...

Speech is my first class XD and I have to give a speech on Thursday *falls dead* ANY ways... second class is again Pe/Health. We're in CPR First Aid training right now. Oh yeah... Mythology is my third class! I'm having a lot of fun! But there's this guy in there that WON'T stop poking me! He's been doin' that since 7th grade!! *grumbles* Anyways then I go to band!

STory time. Okay EVERYONE at out table pretty much likes to come and tickle me in the morning (THIS IS WHY I'M P*SSED OFF AT YOU TASUKI!!!) I was sitting there writting something in a notebook and they all started tickling me and I wanted to get away from them so I slide down in my chair trying to get away from them and then underneith the table's there, there was this metal bar... I hit the top of my knee's with that... I tell ya, when it get's me to cry, you KNOW it hurts... and now my right knee hurts more than ever (yeah RIGHT before I go to Flordia too) but the weird thing is... it's my right knee... *ponders* oh well, enough about my pain in life...

I'm really looking forward to going to Flordia this Friday! OPHHHHHH I gotta tell ya what the back of my shirt says! Hold on! *takes sweatshirt off and reads it* :

Uggg... I lost my Ligature on my sax... again. : ( I just got a new one the begining of the school year because I lost my old one (I think) at the UBC 150th thingy they had. This time I took off my reed and it was haning loose on my mouth peice and it fell off somewhere within the 100ft I was walking into school. I tried looking for it but can't find it. So I've given up and I'm going to buy another one (about $5). But I can't at the moment because my mom won't let me go into town to get one. OK so I told her I just want to look at sheet music because if she found out she would seriously give me h*ll. *sigh*

Ok, I was wondering if I could get some help with something. I'm trying to write a fan fic and I was wondering if you could give me any information at all on the Byakko and Genbu seishi (anything and everything!) and their priestess. Homans. It's week 10... last week before finals.

I think I'm going to FAIL two of my classes, and MAYBE the third.

And the h*ll of it is, I studied my @$$ off. It's not MY fault that I can't get up and give a presentation, memorized, in a language that isn't English. H*ll, I can't really do it that well in English (there're two reasons that I was never cast as a lead in any play I've ever been in, and memorization of lines is one of them).

So... yeah. If this week doesn't kill me, I'll probably be on academic probation, and my PARENTS will kill me. Now, if I don't come back, you know what has happened. x_x;

Web Design - LOVE IT! HTML!! OMG! I've found my heaven! I wish the computer's weren't ten years old.

Biology (Genes/Heredity Units) - Finally! Something in science I like! There's somethin' about learnin' about heredity that I find fascinating.

Geometry 2 - If words could describe my loathing for such a subject... I'd use words... but till then, let's just set fire to the books and dance on the desks like there's no order.

Speech - This will bring about my death. The teacher reminds me of Jay Leno in physical appearance and loudness of voice. (Plus he's the worst one to have according to mom!)

On another school note;

The Learning Levy Referendum has passed. Our school is getting 3.7 mil (phew! Mom keeps her job) but we didn't get the technology one passed or the... the other one. We're just getting money.

Home Life;

I'm being forced into being confirmed. But I will not waver from my beliefs and I will NOT allow them to make me part of something in which I have no place. (I mean no offence to anyone's religion)

I've been suffering a cold for 2 weeks, swore throat, stuffy nose, headaches, stuff like that. I'm a lot better than I was last week though.

There's no sign of my wisdom teeth coming out anytime soon. They're erupting and causing me great pain and if not removed soon, they will damage my newly straightened teeth. (yippee -_- more pain and suffering)

Drawings have increased and writing is going through hard times. Drawn some cute ones of you (and me), if I like the way they scan, I'll post 'em on my site or e-mail them t' ya! The likely hood isn't that great since colored penciled drawings scan worse then just pencil drawings.

Bara, that perverted side hidden deep in my mind has stayed there and has been quite bored. I'm seriously thinking of themein' my site with him, but I gotta learn more about backgrounds in Web design class first.

I've been helping Momiji (she writes to Chiriko a lot) with finding kanji, but that's goin' over like a lead balloon. Tamahome's sur name must be a made up one, cuz japanese or chinese, I can't find it any where! Now I'm frustrated I don't know what it means...

My younger sis got the DVD Titanic with Leo D. While most mushy softy cr*p I stay away from, this movie is cool because it envolves that big @$$ ship! When I was younger I was crazy about the Titanic! Well anyways, the movie's okay and the music's good. A steady B seems a fair grade, but if ya want a love story... I like Gone with the Wind. I dunno why. I just do. Don't like the fact it makes the yankee's look evil. (We're all equal! Free the slaves! Let women vote! Yay!) Then of course I love Romeo and Juliet cuz it's so sweet. (in the movie i have ya see Romeo's butt! >.< I'm so naughty!)

I went as you and Yuri was Chichiri! (Yuri-chan has pictures) We enjoyed the Nightmare Before Christmas (a classic), wheel chair races, and pizza and pop. The dancin' got a lil scary when Jason (Casey's 19 year old boyfriend) took his shirt off. Now Jason's a big guy. Tall an' pudgy if ya know what I mean. (nice as h*ll though!). Well now we all had a few too many root beers and before I knew it, most of us were partyin' in our bras. (it got REALLY warm in her basement too) Only 2 boys were there so the damage was minor. Doughnut (Brice) was very disturbed... and Jason had his harem. We love Jason. Our big lesbian pimp. (he calls himself this) So that was a party! other events happened that have changed me fer life. (I kissed Angela-chan!) >.< I like guys, I like guys, I like guys... (I'm never doin' that again, I didn't even get my 20$!)

So I bet yer thinkin' that was the worst of it. Well yer right.

Kaylee's party was kinda boring. We played capture the flag (at 8 pm when it's pitch black out) in the park by her house, had plenty of yummy treats, and started watching Van Helsing. (I don't think I spelled that right) I didn't get to finish it though! it was SUCH a good movie! Vampires rule! Werewolves kick @$$! Frankenstein's monster... well that's just ugly but it's a good classical monster.

That was about it...

Yuri's confermation party was okay. Not as many food options, but I ate and was grateful like a best friend should be. Her grandma's dog was so adorable! Buffy the pomeranian. KAWAII!!

...that's all I guess. The coyotes keep howling and it sounds like they're just down the street. Mom and dad might wake up so I'm gonna go to bed now.

Hello again from Creative writing. Class is almost over and it's getting really boring. We're supposed to be doing revising but I'm already finished with mine! We have to do an essay. I hate essays. Mine's a personification. A little less then 15 minutes left in class. Uggg!!! I get out of school early today for swimming. We're going early to cheer on the cross-country team before our meet. JV Big 9. Woo Hoo! Last meet of the year! Tomorrow, I get my life back! When I get home tomorrow, I have to speed clean my room and then I'm off to Casie's party! Hopefully my parents will let me drive. They let me drive it's just that now I have a little more lookout for and be careful. It's mainly my mom I have to convince now. My dad's more laid back, but it is his car. At least until he gets a new one (he's been looking at the VW Passant. Really cool car, not much gas mileage though.) My parents had a big talk about letting me drive my friends (so far I've only driven Jo-B). I can honestly drive better with my friends then I can with my brother. He annoys the h*ll out of me. I don't know what to think. I was at my grandparents and as I was getting ready for bed I just fell over on the bed LMFAO. I scared my brother (YES!!). Okay, okay... add this to my earlier letter to you. The center, Tenkyoku, along with the four cardinal points (north, south, east, and west) is ruled by Tentei (Heaven-Emperor) and that character, is portrayed by Taiitsukun in that hot young guy form. So if that's Tentei... who is Taiitsukun? What does she have to do with the center? And don't gimme any of that "spoiler" sh*t because there's not even PLANS for a story surrounded the center. If there was, I would know. (Though I'm writing one myself...)

Speaking of the center, what else can you tell me about the center stars besides the names and meanings? Are they really shuku? (does that 'inn' kanji come after their name?) While the sites you gave me DID help, they really didn't offer much help for stuff myth-wise. I can't find anything non-Fushigi Yuugi that talks about the four gods. I guess Yuu Watase really made it known.

Anyways... the only thing I'm REALLY struggling with is the creation myth. Tomo no Miko gave reference to a book by a Donald A. MacKenzie that had one reguarding a goddess named Nu Kwa. It's the only myth I've been able to find and each time (on every site) it's the same information (copied from TnM I bet).

One another note, would you happen to know all 28 sei shuku in their um... I don't how to say it... but uh...

EXAMPLE:

'Ki' means the 'demon/ghost' thingy and the 'shuku' is the 'inn'.

AH! Incredible! Unbelievable! I never knew!

The day started out fine, went into surgery like a good girl. I let them put the IV in my arm, didn't fight 'em at all. I was talkin' with the doc and nurses in order t' pass out. All was fine... until...

They told me it happened after my mouth was shot up with novicane (sp?) and were slowly puttin' in the stuff t' knock me out. Well; first my blood pressure rose a lot and then my heart was beatin' like 175 times a minute they said. The next thing I remember, I'm crying and screaming, completely hysterical!

I had an allergic reaction to the stuff that knocks me out. I didn't know I was allergic to anything, but apparently that stuff was it. SO I still have my wisdom teeth and now my mouth/jaw is sore because of all the novicane! And NOW my surgery needs to be supervised by an anethesist (sp?) at the hospital. (I was having it done at the clinic when I had the attack.) *heavy sigh* T' think I coulda died this morning, scary. Now I'm most definetely refusing to have the surgery.

The doc told me there was no risk, but guess what? Last time, they used the same stuff t' knock me out and i had a reaction AFTER the surgery. His excuse was that my body would grow outta it. WELL I guess me almost dyin' kinda proves him wrong. But I got better and got home late this afternoon to ice cream anyways.

So... are you guys all gonna say "poor you" and adore me with hugs? Why can't people give a d@mn on regular occasions? Why is it when something bad happens suddenly people care about you? I hate that, but I wouldn't mind you guys adorin' me with hugs. Just watch the cheeks, they're still sore. ^_^

I'm passing the biology class that I shouldn't be able to pass... and I have exactly three weeks to pull my Japanese grade out of the "F" range (I think I'd do better if the class wasn't taught completely in Japanese... did CnA have that problem?)

I also have to figure out how the cr*p to apply for study abroad so that I can actually BE in Japan next year... which scares the h*ll out of me.

I lost a solo in choir, because the director doesn't think I have the range for it... yet I have a song in voice lessons with even more extreme low notes than the one in choir. o_O;

And I might actually have a roommate next year. Scaryness. @_@ And I just realized... I'm almost not a teenager anymore. More scaryness.

If I don't get a chance to write again before Halloween... have a good one. *gives you all candy* ^_^

If that young girl were to become violently angred I fear for our country, aside from that she can turn into a very large dog demon. We must keep that girl from becoming enraged which means getting Haku to quit tormenting her... *hands Hotohori a scroll* Her name isnt really Aishizu it's Kaya and I have a feeling she'll want that name back... especially because The Great Dog Demon beqeathed that name to her...

*looks at the attendant* so you dug up my past huh? Yes my given name is Kaya and... *look to Hotohori* if its fine with you I'd like to have my name as such... *looks sad remebering her father* after all... the great one gave it to me... *wipes her eyes quickly*
