Well.. You see, it started back in October or November, when my parents finally decided to divorce, or rather my mom decided it.. And Since then, my dad has been going in and out of depression, and I have been trying to make him happy and everything, and trying to help him forget about my mom, or at least move on from her...

Well.. The divore was not exactly final until the end of May, and he really took it hard then.. Because he still loves her alot, like he always has, and my mom never did, and only thought about him as a friend, even in marriage...

Anyways... I was wondering what I can do to help my dad.. He is already going to counceling, and I keep in touch with him.. *Sighs* And sadly enough... In that period of time. I have seen him cry... alot.. Which is not something I see to much from him...

It would probably be one of me big fears of death, that and Being crushed, and killed by sharp objects. Just a thought of the last one sends shudders through my body.. Because I remember once, I had this huge picture, with glass covering it of course, and as I was talking to one of my friends on the internet, the picture just crashed tot he ground out of no where and glass shattered into pieces. Well.. It was only me and me dad, but he was asleep, so I had to pick them up by myself. And though whole time I could only see them cutting me. .It freaked me out quite bad.. HI! Long time no see! ... er, write? Eh... Sorry I haven't been writing, but I've been really busy! High school sucks, especially when you happen to be writing during high school. I'm just going to summarize the going-ons in my life...

1. I am currently finishing up reading Guns, Germs, and Steel and answering questions for my AP World History class next year. I also have to read Nectar In A Sieve and write a two-page review, and read The World That Trade Created and The Da Vinci Code.

2. I am revising all of my chapters of KMI and making them 2-2 1/2 times as long. I'm sending them to my editor...or I will when she gives me her address, anyway. I really love Aya-chan. Her and her ideas that "a good portion of the men and most of the women in this world should be rounded up and shot" is so much fun to write.

3. I'm also developing characters for a Fruits Basket spin-off fanfiction called Kagome, Kagome. Basic plot is similar to Fruits Basket, except that the main character isn't a sweet, good-hearted, and naive person (she's cold, aloof, and distrusting), she meets the Western zodiac instead of the Chinese zodiac, the zodiac member aren't related to each other and are generally unaware of the existence of the others, and the 'Clan Head' isn't a creepy, sickly young man who's destined to die young and tries to ruin the lives of the zodiac members. I think it'll be fun to write.

4. I'm still working on Genesis: Commencement, but it's taking the back-burner until I finish KMI: Wonderland and KMI: Looking Glass.

5. Apparently, I get to play psychiatrist to Ash-chan. I wouldn't mind so much if her father and brother wouldn't get her upset everyday, but what can you do, right?

7. Ash-chan had nothing on me for final exams. Somehow, the day before finals, I managed to catch a cold. Cold + Exams = Bad Somehow, I still managed to get straight A's on my report card.

It was ok... I cried a lot. We went to a lot of memorials, like the vietnam and korean memorial. We didn't get to stay very long at the Smitsonian wich was probably the coolest thing there, so I was mad.

I cried at the Arlington cemetary, too. So many graves... I don't think it's possible to see them all, even from a distance or from an airplane. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers was touching. I'm glad our country honors them. Every half hour when they switch the gaurd they play taps, put up a new ceremonial wreath, salute the tomb, and begin the marching again. The marching is twenty one steps, salute... pause twenty one seconds... turn... pause twenty one seconds... twenty one steps... etc. For thirty minutes. I was awed. Our tour guide had issues though... didn't tell us anything we didn't already know. We didn't get to go into the capitol building becuase of President Reagan's thing. We got to take pictures though ^^. All my pictures have a flag at half mast in them, so I hope they turn out really good. I want to enter some of them in the fair next Febuary. Crud. Lot's more to say, but it's really hot here and I have to go feed and ice down my bunnies. We have to put ice in their pens to keep them from getting sick. We have a whole barn full of them so this is gonna take a while... Bye!

Meh, Kinokuniya is the Japanese bookstore I went to! -=loves it=- It's such a cool place. I've only gone two times, though. I heard about it from the '03 BAAF when I bought some Japanese Fushigi manga... and I kept the address. ^_^ It's the only Japanese bookstore I know of, so whenever we go down to NYC, it's the one I stop in.
