:: opens the door very slowly, a young woman with flowing brown shoulder length hair steps into the slightly darkened room. The woman sees the seishi all hurdled around the table. She walks up to them as if she knows them all and stands there smiling. The young woman is wearing a semi colorful but classy tank top, with a pair of blue jeans. She steps more into the light and they all notice who the young woman is and welcomes her to sit down.:: Well; hello all... it seems like forever and a day since I last visited this place :: she muttered :: . The reason being for my absence is that I've been incredibly busy with trying to find a job, and just really never got back into the whole anime thing. Forgive me? Anyways, yes, I am the "Gienah". However, to warn you all, I am no longer known as "Gienah" but now known as Layla. If you guys can guess the meaning behind the name, I will give you a cookie. Here's a hint it's an arabic name ^_~ . Anyways, now that the name has changed, the personality remains the same, maybe a bit more mature now, since the last time I came. It seems like, we can never find the time to see each other. I'd really like to see you guys again. But if only time permits us to see each other. CNA-Chan, I hope you and Corey sama are doing fine. Oh, the last time we spoke I do believe that we were talking about a script that I was writing right? Well; I've decided to hold off on that. My online friend and I are going to be writing a mandarin drama. We pretty much have everything done, its just the matter of starting to write it now. Just thought I'd add that in. So, anywho, it looks as though I've missed quite a few birthdays... but this should make it up... Hey, anime can be a good influence, you know? Fruits basket (great example) Tohru is such a great person ^^ Cleaning and cooking like she does, it inspired Momo-chan so much that she even cleaned (which is VERY RARE for her, because she's so lazy, I even clean her room for her) the dishes in the sink on her own. Her parents were kind of worried ^^I like to clean so I do that anyway. But honestly, no one around here knows how to decently clean a counter top..

Its been along time since I last posted (when I say long I mean considering that I posted at least 5 times a day before HA HA) I have been super busy finals in History Science and Math I took the History and Math today so I am glad that was over with I got the results from FCAT (Its a state placment test) and I got a 4 in the math (5 being best) so thats ok considering I am not the greatest math student) I got a 5 on the writing (6 being the best) which actually angered me by the way. This tomarrow is our prom and my 2 very good friends (but not my best friends cause Ashley occupys that spot ^^) have basically forced me to go. Jacon is this Weekend YAY!! I have lots of money to spend so that will be fun (Ashley will probably end up making me buy her somthing). I am not dressing up regardless of the fact that several people think I am an anime character (I have a small nose and mouth thus my eyes look bigger). Well I hope all is well as always!

Hehehe, sorry I've not written in a while and this time I've completely forgotten my excuse. Only 9 1/2 more days of school left, thank goodness. School has been tiring me out, especially when I want to play a video game or something and I've got no time left after doing homework. My sweet relieve is coming soon, though, yesss! Nothing much else to say because I haven't done anything at all. Oh, other than the fact that I apparently cannot form my own opinions and my dislike of Bush has GOT to be due to some negative influence. No normal girls dislike Bush, after all! Yet another gem from my father, who immediately demanded to know "what that d*mn government teacher" of mine was telling me after I read a billboard out that said "1 out of every 6 women of childbearing age has to worry about mercury. The Bush Administration plan won't let you down" and dryly commented, "Well, we have a war going on, everything is in chaos, and we still haven't found Osama bin Laden, so it's good to know Bush is worried about mercury". Of course I can't find that stupid, it MUST be some horrible influence that's twisting me into someone who doesn't like Bush, because of COURSE disliking Bush is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. My father likes to say that he's open-minded, but when he immediately springs on things that have nothing to do with the issue at hand and refuses to accept the fact that I don't like Bush, I begin to doubt maybe just a little bit. By the way, my birthday's in about two months! Would you marry me?

Hi Nuri-chan! Daijabou? I noticed that you haven't read Paradise Kiss. It's a really cool manga! Here's a summary, so you can get the jist of what the main plotline is:

Paradise Kiss is about a regular high school student, named Yukari, who wants to impress her parents by studying hard. She wants to get into a good college because that would make her parents very happy. One day, she gets “kidnapped” by an independent fashion group that call themselves “Paradise Kiss”. The group is made up of George, the main designer, Arishi, Miwako, and Isabella, the workers/minor designers. When she agrees to be their model, she is quickly transformed from the boring bookworm that she was into a fabulous fashion model by her newfound friends. Later on in the series, she falls in love with George and decides to quit school and move out of her house and into Arishi’s spare apartment because her parents were pressuring her and were trying to control her too much.

Really?! THen she'd know what I'm going through. I did it again, this time in the morning and it took much longer to get it out. *grin* Tihs is getting really hilarious... whenever something really bad happens or I feel hurt (really hurt) or something I come to find you guys have shut down for a week or so and then my problems are handled fine by myself and fixed right when you guys come back. This time, I had 3 concerts for show choir. They were fun, except Friday's concert made me feel kind of sad. Thrusday, our concert was after school at 3pm. Momo-chan said she would come to see me, because I don't really have close friends (only people who I occasionally talk to) in show choir so sometimes I feel alone and I wanted her to see it. She said she would come and I gave out my heart and soul in singing! But she didn't come. INstead, she hung out with Yuki. I'm not calling her "Yuki" anymore because I think of fruits basket's yuki and he's a nicer person than she is. She said she was really sorry and that on her way home from school, she found that "she" didn't have a ride so gave her one.. and also they were sitting on her roof. Glad to feel that at least her time spent she was happy, and even though the day before she was telling me about how 'she' was being mean to her and stuff like that... owie..

The only place that I can think of is TOkyo Kid. It's such a great anime store! For Momo-chan's b-day we went there and also slept over her house. well, prom was like most dances, only prettier... ya know, depressing slow dances etc. I found out I might not be able to dye my hair until a little of the way into summer. basically, since my dad's in prison (for only 119 more days) the visiting rules are really strict so I may not be able to dye it. (I'm not too worried though. there's no really good reason for it to not be allowed. It's not like it's a wig.)

I saw the movie Troy, and I loved it. (not just because of Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom I swear.) What really gets to me about it though, is that so many people are complaning about how it doesn't deserve to be based off of the Iliad, when it never says that it is. the most it says is that it was INSPIRED by the Iliad. INSPIRED D*MMIT!! INSPIRED AND BASED OFF OF ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS!! *sigh* And people are complaning about how the gods aren't in it, when they had a very good reason to not put them in it. They could have done the gods two different ways. One way would make the movie do great and everyone would love the gods, the other way would p*ss off hundreds of people. It's impossible to tell which would do what, so they simply didn't put the gods into the movie. That's showbiz. I think that people that don't understand how the movie industry works should just keep their f*cking mouths shut. These people spent months, and millions of dollars on this, so everyone should just enjoy it.

I was rubbing my left eye when I realized my vision was unbalanced to I covered my right eye and found that it was blurry through my left. And even worse, my contact was still IN my eye, as in stuck. I thought it might be visible enough to just take it out, but I asked the friend next toi me and she said there was nothing on my eye. So I had to go to the bathroom, which was locked (they always lock the bathrooms-_-)So I had to use the cafeteria's and that was a long way to travel.. but after sort or panicking, I finally pulled it out and it was in the corner of my eye -_-'

your the doc... *sigh* u_u... you will tell me "for shame" when i tell you what i have been doing...

i haven't been getting much sleep!! with a bedtime of 4 am and a wake up time of noonish or 2ish... yeah u_u that is not good. I know i need to get better sleep... so i can get into the deep sleep phase with Rapid Eye Movement (REM sleep) i've learned in my classes that it is a very very VERY important part of sleepy time... (which is why they say highschool kids don't fair well grade wise because they get up so early and don't get much sleep.. therefore missing out on rem sleep) .. i know from 4 am to noon-2ish is about 7-10ish hours of sleep.. recommened... but is that still not good? does that 7-10ish hours of sleep only work when it is dark and the birds AREN'T chirping or can i get those hours of sleep anytime?

:O!! another for shame!! u_u... there have been some nights.. where i wouldn't sleep at all! i would get up at 2ish... go to schoo... come home around 5pm... eat... homework... 9pm i am still up and about.. either tv or homework... 11 comes around.. still up... midnight comes around still up... 3 am comes around.. still up... 8am then comes around the corner... still up... then around 9 or 10am i will have FINALLY gotten soooo tired(and i mean EXTREMELY TIRED x100) i will just fall asleep in 2 seconds... (seriously... and it once happened in the shower! dangerous! i coulda drowned!).. i haven't been doing this alot.. in the past 2-3ish months.. maybe 4 times... this is bad.. i know... scold me! ;_; and even worse! i have finals comming and... and.. a good nights rest is needed before taking tests as well as a good breakfast (which i usually don;t eat because... either when i get up.. i am not hungry that early..or i get up 2 late and my breakfast is at 2pm)

but tell me... if i didn't do those all nighters where i stay up... and stay up and stay up... and i kept my bed time of 4am... with waking up at 2pm... (thats 10 hours of sleep there)would i be fine? would i be just like a person who goes to bed at 10pm and gets up at 8 am? i wanna know so i can know if i can KEEP staying up till 4.. getting up at 2.. and still be healthy and active just like a person who goes to bed at the "normal" hours...

I strongly recommend that everyone read this, not merely skim. Don't just jump to the links; read the other print too.

In response to Clover-san, if she is getting a lot of popups, it's quite possible that her computer is infected not with a virus, but with spyware, a type of computer program that embeds itself onto one's computer and collects personal information such as internet habits and even credit card numbers -- not to mention inviting more spyware. Some of these programs are benign, set up by companies such as Microsoft to better cater to your preferences; these are fine. These you should always check for.

I would recommend to anyone the following programs. I just underwent a horrible bout of spyware that rendered my computer basically useless; a combination of these programs, all recommended highly by reputible sources, deleted around 90 spyware programs and cookies (files stored on one's computer from another site) from my computer.

One can get spyware simply from browsing the internet, unfortunately, as these companies use "drive by downloads"; one does not necessarily have to do anything questionable to receive them. However, many spyware programs are packaged as parts of other programs, such as free downloads and particularly shareware such as Kaaza. It's lethal stuff.

If the computer is not yours, best to check with your parents before downloading any of these programs, although they list their reputable sources on the site, such as PC Magazine. I find these programs excellent, but I *am* just a voice from the computer to you, and I wouldn't blame anyone for double-checking on me. It's a smart thing to do.

Information about spyware and a free online scanner that will automatically delete itself from your computer can be found at http://www.spywareinfo.com.

A good program that is also free is AdAware, which is manufactured by Lavasoft. Type AdAware and Lavasoft into Google and you surely will find the download site.

An absolutely excellent program that I had the most success with was Spy Sweeper, found at http://www.webroot.com. There is a free version here; if you download, make sure you get the free one and not the one that you have to pay for (unless you really do want to pay for it, of course). Also, when it comes up with a list of cookies and programs, get more information about them with button that is offered to you! *Don't* assume they're all bad; if they're commissioned by Microsoft, they're probably fine.

Never trust the popups that occur when you're browsing the internet. Keep this in mind. Don't click on them, no matter how tempting they may seem. Not even the ones that offer spyware scanners; those can be more spyware themselves. Use the ones above; they're much more reputable and trustworthy.

It will also help to raise your security level on your cookies -- the files that you are allowing into your computer without your knowledge. These can be found in your browser's security settings.

I would recommend these programs even to people who don't think they have spyware problems; I tried Spy Sweeper, probably the best of them, on a computer that I wasn't having any problems with and discovered 16 items. That's the problem with spyware... you never know that it's there. It just sits, quietly watching and collecting information every time you connect to the internet.

I hope I haven't missed anything; I have tried to be as thorough as possible. But spyware can be as serious a threat as any virus... and if the programs start inviting in more programs without your permission, just as deadly in their own right.

Hiya, I felt bad about what I wrote to you yesterday while it was not really mean I thought I was knawing at you or somthing HA HA! I was just in a bad mood. Some jerk at luch was talking about shooting squirrels among other small animals it literally took all of my energy not to release my anger out on him. I notice whenever anything happens that upsets me I try not to start a conflict so i say nothing (or say a lot) and end up taking it out on others I guess its not a vicious thing but I felt I was being a bit rude for bringing up anything of that sort anyway but you seemed to answer the first letter so well I figured I could bug you about it with another letter. Hey Guys! *Hugs each one* Gomen for being gone so long again... I've got three days left in school... two of which are finals. The good news is I only have to take three: English IV, Latin II, and Shakespeare. After that, I'm going to collage to become an English teacher... but it'll probably be something like Novels or Creative Writing. I have grammar, but I love reading and writing.

Prom was a couple weeks ago, and I was lucky enough to meet another Anime Fanatic. She likes Gravitation and Yu-gi-Oh the most, but as soon as I can I'm going to introduce her to the wonderful world of Fushigi Yuugi *Grins.*

How do you guys feel about AU fanfics? What if they weren't intentionally AU? You see... I saw the first like 16 episoides of FY (Hadn't even met Tasuki yet, if that tells you anything...) and decided to write a fanfic. It turned out to be extreamly AU, but still ok. After I finally got to see everything through the 2nd OAV, I thought about taking it down and compleatly rewriting it where it would fit... but my friends tod me not to. I don't know what to do. I want it to fit with the series, but if I do that I'll have to almost compleatly rewrite the plot since... heh heh... *embarrassed* I didn't know you guys died when I wrote it... plust I had time moving faster in the real world the in the book, which also isn't right... anyhoo, I just wanted your advice on it...

*Cries* I lost my tape of Gravitation! I had the entire series on video, and was going to loan it to a friend, but I can't find it. I looked all over my room and it's just not here. The last time I saw it was when I loaned it to another friend. She swears she gave it back, but I don't remember her giving it back. As bad as this may sound, I'm think she might be lying to me... I mean, I've loaned her my monthly Shonen Jumps after I read them because she can't subscribe, and wants to scan some pics from them. She hasn't given me any back since November. I told her yesterday that I needed them back and all she said was "I'm working on it." She's also got my Weiss Kreuz DVD that she keeps saying she'll bring back, but hsasn't yet. I know I should quit loaning her stuff, but I feel bad when I don't. She'll start these guilt trips like "I really wish I knew what was going to happeen in this month's Shaman King..." and so I loan them to her so I don't feel bad about it.

Another thing... I'm working on a manga. It's really cool! It's got elves, vampires, demons, faries, and even a few goddesses. *grins* The only downside is I can't draw, so my friend (Mentioned above) agreed to draw it for me if I wrote the dialog. Here's the downside to that... I thought, by telling her she could draw, it meant I'd tell her everything, including what the characters looked like, and she'd draw it that way. Apparently, she didn't think that. We were discussing it, and I mentioned that I wanted one character to have dumpling hair (like Miaka's... sorta...) and she said. "Don't worry about it... I'm the illistrator, I'll decide what they look like." and then a few days later, we were discussing it again, and she began talking about giving the elves funky rounded ears, and I said. "I wanted them to have the typical pointy elf ears." and she said. "Well, I'll just play around a bit and see what looks best." It's like she's not willing to listen to what I want as the offical creator, ya know? But she's the only one of my friends with any artistic talent what so ever, so either she draws it for me, or it doesn't get done. Any advice here guys? My mom said stand up to her, and tell her how I feel, but the way I look at it, she's been my friend for 4 years, and I don't want to end that over a manga that will probably never enven get seen by someone of any inportance and a few magazines.

When I went to the dentist, she was cleaning my teeth and found my gums bleeding and she told me it was bad for someone my age (14) I remember last time I was there it was fine and I discovered that I had sensitive gums or something and so I used Auquafresh and it was fine but when I used a harsh kind of toothpaste like Sensodite (I tihnk that's what it's called...) it's like one part of my gum of one tooth bleeds a little. But Bled a lot when she flossed my teeth. What could it be?
