ok i have a problem. ive had this friend for many years, n weve been very close. but for about a year now, shes become a really big geek. i dont want to sound rude or anything cuz shes my friend n all. its just that.. well.. now shes hangin out with the geeks instead of with our group. i miss her, but i dont know how 2 tell her. all my other friends ~! who r new this year !~ dont like her because they all think shes a dweeb. we used to do so much fun stuff 2gether, but now shes always busy bein wit her dork friends. i call them dorks cuz they have been mean 2 me n they call me a prep even though i havent said 1 bad thing about them...but i have never called them dorks or geeks or anything rude to their face. i really want 2 stay her friend, but she keeps driftin farther away. i have been nothing but nice and they havent accepted me and they are pulling her farther away. i cant tell her how feel cuz shell get mad that i think that way about her friends. i am at a loss. i dont know wat 2 do. can u help me??? i value her friendship n this whole situation has made me depressed. even when we do things ~! which is like 1 time every 4 months !~ she always wants to do boring nerdy stuff. she isnt acting the same at all. plz help!!

Had a bit of a scare in biology today... My teacher has a tarantula in the classroom and apparently, it got out. Maybe it happened over the weekend, no one knows. No clue how it got out, either. Anyway, I look in the corner and there's something big, brown, and furry sitting there... with eight legs. I'm scared to death of any and all spiders. As the class panicked, the teacher poked it with his pen and announced it was dead, for it did not move. Good for the spider, but he just left the thing there. I didn't care if it wouldn't be moving, it was a spider, it was six feet away from me, it was huge.

There was a lovely atmosphere of unease the whole period as we feared the tarantula had just shed or something and was really on the loose under our chairs. ^^;;; I'm still cringing just thinking about it. Thanks Tasuki-kun for the advice. That's what I thought too that was going to happen. Anyways; yeah when i was talking to him one night (the night he told me I smothered him) he said he has this thing with people smothering him,and that even his ex smothered him when they were together,and she still does by calling him every night. He said that it's good that she calls cause he get's to talk to his lil girl...but he said that sometimes he wishes she'll leave him a lone. Now I'm not certain if this is true or not...but it sounds to me that he doesn't want anyone to bother him unless he knows him know him...and when you get to know a person,aren't you supposed to ask questions about them to find out some information? He tell's me not to ask them cause it bugs the heck outta him. Anyways; yeah I agree with you on that subject that he should be the one contacting me if he wants to talk to me if he doesn't then he doesn't...but I am no longer going to instant message him anymore...cause I'm always sick of him seeing him on idle all the time...also he told me that he goes online and sometimes he forget's he's online -_-;;; yeah right...can we say "I really don't want you to bother me,that's why I go on idle" ? Fire Elf, first we'd need to know what kind of computer you were running. One we had that, I'd suggest you go find video codecs (like DivX), because a lot of animation episodes need that.

f course, since the series that you're talking about are licensed, you could go out and buy them... most have the original Japanese seiyuu as a language option. So long as you have a DVD player, there's a lot you can do.

For soundtracks, I suppose I'm blessed because I can walk to a store that carries both anime and soundtracks and other neat goods with them. If you don't, you can find OST's and the like on websites and at conventions.

If none of those options work, you can usually find media floating around file-sharing networks and IRC. You may have to dig a bit more to find what you're looking for on those places.

And speaking of D and D, I've been coming up with crack character sheets for my characters. A loyalty rating for Trisk, a flirt rating for Fyorsyn (and a sidenote here, her name is supposed to have a 'j' instead of that first 'y', but I'm justtyping it like that so Amy doesn't say, 'You spelled Fyorsyn's name wrong'), and a mute rating for Elindael. Amy and I also made 'falling in love' checks for characters and a few other stupid things because I had my dice out and was having fun.

And also, since Trisk is a god, I'm giving him the most powerful weapon I can find. I don't think I need to say he's not a player character. And uh.. I played Harvest Moon. It was fun. Too bad I'm a male in that game.

They started taking twelfth classes Right the next day when our eleventh exams got over. I go for tuition to my ex-master who taught me Physics in my tenth. He is a genius in the subject and I quite enjoy the subject but that was all fine till my Physics master who takes Physics for me now found out that I was going to tuition towards a guy who is his subordinate. He is avenging this teeny-weeny ego problem with us the poor students of that particular tuition. Well, he doesn't give us proper marks in class tests and keeps insulting us calling us beggars and ghosts for going towards my ex-master for tuition! *Eyes get welled up with tears*

Hori-Chan, the other day, my paper was evaluated and I said 24 instead of 21. He held that grudge against me and kept saying it through our school. In next class he said that I cheated him for marks! He said that I reported my marks to be 36 instead of 21! My friend was there with me and both of us were shocked beyond our senses. I cried at recess and now, Physics seems too gloomy! I can't believe this is happening to us all! The entire school is gonna think I am a cheat! But not all of them believe him! But still! It hurts! I have never disrespected my teachers even it has killed me! But he says I keep playing in his classes. That's absurd 'cause myself and my friend who are both going for tuition in the same place, are the quietest in the class! Why is it I always?

Okay I really don't know how to state this question but I need some advice about this friend I have... but I don't know who to turn to about it but anyways... What does it mean when you rarely get to see your friend online and you ask where have you been and he replies I've been busy? Does that actually mean that they're trying to avoid you or something? I have this friend and I rarely get to talk to him online anymore because when he's online he always goes on idle now and he's been going on idle for a while after we first met offline. And we sometimes don't talk for weeks on end,and if I ask him Where have ya been, haven't talk to ya in a while usually says "I've been busy", but how can he be that busy if he still talks to his ex on the phone every night? Also; I finally got to talk to him and he told me that I was smothering him in a way just by asking him where has he been. What does that actually mean? Also; sometimes I get these vibes like he doesn't really want to hang out with me or talk to me unless he wants too. What are those vibes telling me and what do you think of this situation? I cannot find any downloadable multimedia that is compatable with my computer from any anime except FY. And that's not a bad thing, but I'm looking for Media in Japanese from Gundam Wing and Yu-Gi Oh!... Mostly 'cause I want to hear what Seto's Japanese voice and Heero's Japanese voice sound like. Hikaru Midorikawa is really cool. Tomokazu Seki is great too... You know...as much as I like Miaka and everything,I really think people need to stop bashing her,just 'cause they don't like her. Yes I know they're allowed to state what they feel and everything but bashing Miaka just cause it relieves them of something doesn't give them a right to do so. I saw what that one person wrote about Miaka being "Selfish" and what not...well in my opinion I honestly think that when the story first took place or started off she was only thinking about herself and yui but when she met all of you,her attitude towards that changed dramatically. Yes she wishes she can pass the exam to get into the highest school like Yui,but that subsided when she was put through a lot and like I said when she met all of you guys and you showed her what it means to be unselfish.
