you got questions... we got answers!

you got questions... we got answers!

dear suzaku seishi,

hi,

earlier today i was trying to track down a fic by jill james and i stumbled across a question on your site from june about her fic mercy's gift. you said that you had looked for it, but couldn't find it. i just wanted to let you know that i found it using an internet archive. the link's below if you want to forward it on to the girl who asked the question. it takes a good while to load, but it's all there. ^.^

http://web.archive.org/web/20040813232916/www.mitsukake.com/fanfics/archive/gl/

kristin

dear kristin,

arigato! it actually loaded fairly fast for us.

suzaku seishi

dear suzaku seishi,

-noticed jinxy's letter and laughs-

lol i'm one...^__^

lol now i feel old...<_<;;

i think i was here in 04...? who knows... i know suiren's been here just as long too.

-cuddles them-

i love you guys though.. xd

aishizu

dear aishizu,

arigato! i think we came up with close to a dozen names of people that either are still writing to us or have written to us in the past. we would post them but, if we left anyone out we did not want anyone to have hurt feelings and we did not want that, no da.

chichiri

dear chichiri,

are you sad?

nuriko

dear nuriko,

no. why do you ask, no da?

chichiri

dear chiriko,

hi! guess what? i got a reeeeeeealy cute little fish and i named it after you!!

christy

dear christy,

that's very cute! arigato!

chiriko

dear tamahome,

hi big brother, or onnisan! well; i figured out what could be yours and miaka's love song: *clears throat* ahem:

hold me, hold me
never let me go until you've told me, told me,
what i want to know and than just me hold me, hold me
make me tell i'm in love with you
thrill me, thrill me,
walk me down the lane where shadows will be, will be,
hiding lovers just the same as we'll be, we'll be,
when you make me tell me i love you

they told me, be sensible with your new love
don't be fooled thinking this is the last you'll find.
but they never stood in the dark with you love.
when you take me in your arms and drive me slowly out of my mind,
kiss me, kiss me,
and when you do i know that you will miss me, miss me,
if we ever say aideu so kiss me, kiss me,
make me tell me i'm in love with you.

kiss me, kiss me
when you do i know that you will miss me, miss me,
if we ever say aideu so kiss me, kiss me,
make me tell you i'm in love with you,
never never never let me go.
never never never let me go,
never never never never let me go.

so what do you think? it's by mel carter, he was in his 20's when he sung this.

shukumei

dear shukumei,

i like it! arigato!

tamahome

dear tamahome,

*giggles* remember those two funny random songs i sent you before? you know, "the height song" and "the mud song"? well, here goes a third one, and it's called... um, let me sing it first, i haven't really got ideas. xd

"i won't watch a movie
if it's something i don't want to see
it's a waste of my one-hundred bucks
and another for my popcorn box!"

^^ came up with it on my way home from school, i was bored and hungry and i wanted to get into a movie theater but wasn't sure exactly what i wanted to watch. and, yeah, movie tickets are more or less a hundred bucks here, thanks to the exchange rate. yeah, well, that's enough of my randomness. :d

suzakuangel

dear suzakuangel,

are you saying it costs 4600 phillipine pesos to see a movie? @_@ yikes! chichiri no aijin says people gripe over here because a movie is $10.00 to see plus food if you want it. guess they shouldn't complain...

tamahome

dear nuriko,

:d by the way, that translator thing i sent to you a few days ago (http://suteki.nu/translator) can translate from kana to romanji, might be a bit of help to btamamura-chan. the thing is, it doesn't actually give romanji for everything... when i punch something in, there are always a couple of characters left untranslated... well, i did my best. xd hope that helps!

suzakuangel

dear suzakuangel,

arigato! i'm sure she will appreciate it.

nuriko

dear nuriko,

heehee. ^_^ let's have a girl-bonding session with some ice cream. happy weekend!

suzakuangel

dear suzakuangel,

*smiles and toasts her with a chocolate ice cream cone.* cheers! sounds good to me!

nuriko

dear suzaku seishi,

yeah... i started coming here when i was... oh... 14? 15? i don't remember, but it's been at least 5 years now.

suiren

dear suiren,

*they all smile.* so we guess you're one of our "old-timers", ne? 5 years? how time flies...

suzaku seishi

dear hotohori,

hi hotohori!! would u choose nuriko as ur empress (if he's a girl) when he's still alive when u summoned suzaku?!

hikarichan

dear hikarichan,

i don't know.

hotohori

dear hotohori,

do u love miaka just because she's the priestess of suzaku?

hikarichan

p.s.will u love yui id she's the suzaku no miko??

dear hikarichan,

i loved miaka because of who she was as a person, not because of her title.

hotohori

dear hotohori,

hi hotohori!!! i'm just asking if why did u choose houki as ur empress??

hikarichan

p.s. is it because she looked like nuriko?!?

dear hikarichan,

i chose her because she is strong, kind, intelligent, and beautiful. i never noticed the resemblance.

hotohori

dear nuriko,

hi nuriko!!! i'm just asking if do you hate houki (even just a little) when she became hotohori's empress?

hikarichan

dear hikarichan,

no! i was very happy for both of them.

nuriko

dear nuriko,

hi nuriko! my friend told me to wrote a letter to u... do u really love hotohori just because u think he'll be the one that kourin will like when she's still alive?

hikarichan

dear hikarichan,

that is only part of it. he is a wonderful and kind person as well.

nuriko

dear nuriko,

hi nuriko!! will u like tasuki if... hotohori never existed?

hikarichan

dear hikarichan,

i do like tasuki. we are friends.

nuriko

dear tasuki,

if you'll be a vampire, who is it that you want to bite?

midori

dear midori,

tamahome: the drunkest guy in the room! *runs off laughing...*

tasuki: get back here obake-chan! *chases after him...* i ain't bitin' no guys!

tasuki and tamahome

dear suzaku seishi,

hello seishi. long time, no? just popped on and saw you guys were accepting letters again and just thought i'd stop in and say hi.

lot has happened since i wrote in last. work is still going good. i'm on light duty for a while though. hurt my back but i"m taking it easy so don't worry. lets see... school on the other hand.. haha... well, i'm not going to be a nurse anymore. isn't what i thought it was going to be so i'm switching to be an equine vet or something along the lines of that... all i know is i want to work with horses in some way or another. i don't know... the vet part sounds like fun, but so would be a race track manager or something like that. i don't know... i'll have to go talk to a counselor or something sometime here to see what they think would be best and what they think.

lets see... anything else... *puts on a thinkin' face* not that i can think of off the top of my head... yup haha.

talk to you guys soon

ila

dear ila,

ohisashiiburi! it has been awhile! we're glad you are doing well, but sorry to hear you hurt your back. please take care of yourself. working with horses sounds like fun. besides being an equine vet have you considered equine dentistry? good luck!

suzaku seishi

dear nuriko,

my friend wants to know if what's the 1st thing you'll do if u become a girl? so, that's all! my friend really idolize and likes u! arigato!

hikarichan

dear hikarichan,

*grins* marry his highness of course!

nuriko

dear suzaku seishi,

hullo, it's my first time writing here... sorry i have no idea what to ask you individually so i'll start with this question! :]

do you have any people that have been consistently loyal writers to the site, it seems like there are a few here while i was reading responses that you guys know well.

jinxy

dear jinxy,

welcome to our humble cyber-abode! we hope you enjoy your stay here. we have had a lot of loyal writers over the past 10 years. people come and go around here. there are too many to mention and we would feel bad if we left anyone out so we are not going to name names. they all know who they are.

suzaku seishi

dear nuriko,

hi-hi, nuri-chan! how are you? i do hope you're well...

it has been so hot here lately, yesterday (jan. 11) was almost as hot as black saturday last year. i spent most of yesterday in the living room with the air-con going, and later hopped into a cool bath. it's supposed to rain a bit tomorrow, but that's going to make things difficult for me. pa is having his car serviced at a place not that far from the cemetery mum's resting in, and we're going there for her 13th year anniversary.

i have found i've developed an interesting taste in anime over the last couple of years. first, last year it was hetalia with anthropomorphised nations of the world. this year, it's miracle train, with anthropomorphised train stations who offer help to young ladies who have troubled hearts. i came about that one when looking at songs by ono daisuke, and decided i may as well give it a shot. there are other great seiyuu in it, though i'm familiar with only seven out of the main nine: the ones i'm familiar with are sugita tomokazu, okiayu ryoutarou, ono daisuke, kaji yuki, morita masakazu, ishida akira and fujiwara keiji.

i am in love with one of the songs from the series, there are six versions, one for each of the stations: the song is called senro wa hashiru 6 no ji ni ~oedo-sen e youkoso~. it's to the tune of "i've been working on the railroad", and due to that, it amuses me greatly. i've been on a countdown for season two of kuroshitsuji, i can't wait to see it!

that's it for now, nuri-chan! please wish cna luck for me for when she returns to school!bt

btamamura-chan

dear btamamura-chan,

it is cold and raining here. i hope it lets up soon. *sighs* you do have interesting anime tastes. i've not heard of those animes. perhaps i'll try to check them out. i'll give her your good wishes. she starts back next week.

nuriko

dear chichiri,

i have a copy of the manga coming in, and i bought one for her. x3 and tomorrow i get to go get my hair done like rogue's, with the two white streaks in my hair. i'm so excited! then i can buy the costume, which i found one, custom fit, real leather, for less than a hundred fifty dollars. which excites me so dang much. xd; i'm starting to work on autumn's story, fully, which is laborious. extremely so, but i love it.

kaguya-hime

dear kaguya-hime,

that sounds very cool, no da! do we get to see a picture when you are all done?

chichiri

\

dear suzaku seishi,

ehhh?! you've never heard of "nobody" by the wonder girls?! *devastated*

well, here's the mv in youtube.

i'm amused with your choices! but cna-san did not choose... *cry* please tell her to choose an attribute ha... ^_______^

just for small info, based on the attributes you chose, you are (in the katekyo hitman reborn world):

1. tasuki: thunder = lambo! (5 y/o kid, very childish, loves to pester others and do weird stuff)
2. tamahome: storm = gokudera hayato! (a punk, declares himself the right-hand man of the vongola 10th boss, dynamite freak)
3. chichiri: cloud = hibari kyouya! (snobbish student disciplinarian. exact opposite of chichiri.)
4. chiriko: mist = rokudo mukuro (illusionist. very cunning person, though his female host is very timid and shy.)
5. nuriko: rain = yamamoto takeshi (baseball lover, a very nice, easygoing guy.)
6. mitsukake: sun = sasagawa ryohei (extremeeeeee!... yeah. always fired up, and a bit too energetic.)
7. hotohori: sky = sawada tsunayoshi (well, what do you know? the 10th vongola famiglia boss. started out as one of those loser kids, but he's a kind person.)

similarity i noticed: tsuna and hayato are kind of the leaders of the seven vongola guardians, and hotohori and tamahome are kind of the leaders of the seven suzaku seishi! (not to mention both your names start with h and t. weird...)

the rest, you figure what you'd like to say about this nonsense i typed in here. xp bye!

sode no shirayuki

p.s. pwease pray for me this wednesday - our university entrance exams are coming out already! *cry*

dear sode no shirayuki,

nope never heard of them, but we liked the video! we're keeping our fingers crossed for you! nuriko thought the tasuki description was apt. *they all laugh but tasuki.* also tamahome was pretty close as well! chichiri no aijin said she chooses not to choose.

suzaku seishi

dear tamahome,

hey, have you ever heard of this book called "the hunger games"? xd that's the next book i'm after, vampire romance isn't my thing. i think it's about time i've read another book too, i've never read a fantasy novel since hp...

^^ it took me eleven days to realize this, but i think i've finally made my first new year's resolution in... what, three or four years? and it's to quit procrastination. i usually manage to finish everything on time, but just yesterday i missed my math homework. i'm not letting that happen again, especially now that i've got bigger stuff to deal with. no way i'll let my studies slip for anything.

by the way, the principal got me to write an essay to see if i'm fit to join the school paper's staff. wish me luck! ;)

suzakuangel

dear suzakuangel,

never heard of the book, gomen. good luck with the essay!

tamahome

dear hotohori,

-giggles happily and heads off to the stables with him and looks around at all the horses picking a quiet female one-

i think she need's some exercise...

-puts saddles on both his and her horses and prepares them for the trip nd leads both of them out of the stables and waits-

i hope it doesn't take him too long, i know he prides in appearance but were going to ride horses how nice do you need to look for that..?

-squeaks as his highness's horse nudges her looking for food, she smiles a little petting him while she waits-

i'm sorry horsey i don't have any food for you..

aishizu

dear aishizu,

*smiles and feeds his horse a carrot.* shall we? *gets up on his horse...*

hotohori

dear tasuki,

so it looks like not too many people write ol' tasuki anymore aside from me and urd. lost some of yer popularity, didja buddy? *sideways glance*

faye

dear faye,

nah, th' letters jus' kinda come an' go in cycles.

tasuki

dear nuriko,

konnichiwa nuri-chan!! hi,,!! my best friend really likes you a lot.!!! i was just wondering if you have a chance to be a true girl and marry between hotohoti and tasuki who will you choose? yeeah.. my best friend just pleased me to write a letter to you... hope you answer my question!! by the way,,, belated merry xmas and a happy new year!! arigato!!

hikarichan

dear hikarichan,

hotohori of course! why would i consider a flea-bitten bandit over an emperor?

nuriko

dear tasuki,

konnichiwa gen-chan! hi tasuki-chan!! i was thingking... what do you think of nuriko as a girl? hehehe.. my friend really likes you alot and she idolize nuriko so i hope you can answer my question!! :)

hikarichan

dear hikarichan,

i dunno. i never looked at 'im like that. tell yer friend i said hi.

tasuki

dear tasuki,

i'm doing really well. as i said, i had some troubles with my bf for a bit. we were dating for about six months, and he still didn't consider us to be in together in an official sense. basically, he had a nasty experience with his last serious girlfriend, so i assumed (correctly) that he was scared to have something like that again. we broke up for about a month, but then we got back together, and he was ready to be serious about it all. (he enlisted in the guard, and i think basic training helped him grow up a little bit.)

aside from that, i'm planning on going to school next year for a term to get my cna (certified nurse's assistant) so i can make more money. this 15 hours a week at 8/hr gig isn't doing it for me. :/

faye

dear faye,

sounds like yer doin' real well fer yerself! i'm happy fer ya'! *grins*

tasuki

dear tasuki,

for once!? i oughtta say the same to you, fang-boy! i'm just as good as any other person walking around here! but yeah, i got some sake on me. *smirks as she snaps her fingers and pops up two bottles of sake. she hands one to tasuki* cheers my friend. *she takes a long swig and smiles* say tasuki are you ever gonna start finding a girl for once?! you know, you're not getting any younger and cupid isn't going to be doing all the dirty work for you! *nudge, nudge* sooooooooooo, as a good ol' buddy, why don't i do a few hook-ups for you? *clenches her fist and looks at the sky determinedly* my new years resolution is to help all the hopeless people find love! how about it, tasuki?! are you all fired up?!

urd

dear urd,

*spits out sake as he chokes on what she said.* i ain't hopeless an' i ain't lookin'!

tasuki

dear suzaku seishi,

hi! sorry for not dropping by as often as i used to... you see, i discovered a new site called bleach asylum and i got hooked with the different fan clubs they had, as well as the discussions. and i made new e-friends (mostly female and mostly filipinos so it's safe... i think). but don't worry, i haven't forgotten fushigi yuugi at all~! *happy*

speaking of which, they also have an fy fanclub there.

aaaand, they discuss fy genbu kaiden here.

i joined the fy fanclub there and posted something about atss (yay), so if you get new writers who are ba members... *tries to wash hands from involvement*

i'm glad everyone here's doing okay even though it has been a long time since i graced this site with my presence. ^^v mah life has been pretty boring, so i don't think it'd be worth it to come tell anyway. maybe college will be more exciting... (next year!)

oh, and since it's been a while since i asked real questions, here we go!

1. choose! (no two seishi can have the same choice, except for cna-san! *whaaa!*

sky colors and engulfs everything (rules over guardians/rings)
adaptation (can use any ring box)

storm fiercely blows away everything (general/mid-range attack)
degeneration (disintegrate or disassemble)

rain washes away everything (direct strike)
tranquility (numbing)

sun illuminates the sky (clears fighting field)
activation (healing / jump-start)

thunder harshly strikes everything (direct long-range strike)
solidification (electricity)

cloud cannot be caught and goes its own way (external support/trump card)
propagation (energy sink)

mist cannot be captured (illusion)
construction (illusion)

2. do you know / have you danced to this?

i want nobody, nobody but you
i want nobody, nobody but you
how can you be with another, i don't want any other i want nobody, nobody, nobody, nobody

its music video is quite a laugh, but enjoyable nevertheless...

gotta go for now! buh-baii! *banana says goodbye*

sode no shirayuki

dear sode no shirayuki,

interesting questions... we've never heard of the song, gomen. here are your other answers:

tasuki: thunder
tamahome: you don't have one that has to do with okane? i guess storm then...
chichiri: cloud, no da
chiriko: mist
nuriko: rain
mitsukake: sun
hotohori: sky

suzaku seishi

dear nuriko,

hi! i'm just here to ask for some advice regarding hair and make-up. 'tis for a junior-senior promenade we are going to have next month (three days before my birthday). we already have the gown, shoes and accessories, but i just need tips for hair and make-up. what kind of look should i sport for a long, strappy-sleeved red gown (but conservative type, nonetheless) and silver stilettos? i don't know if you're familiar with all these modern fashion lingo, but can you help me? thankies!

oh, and i'm finally (and permanently) on grown-up shampoo! *celebrates*

sode no shirayuki

p.s. ei, just noticed something... why didn't you answer btamamura-chan's letter in your response page? *confused*

dear sode no shirayuki,

you could go with a nude lip and a smokey eye as that is what is in right now. as for your hair, it depends on how long it is and what style you like. *reads the ps and looks embarrassed.* yeeeaaahhh... i fixed that. thanks!

nuriko

dear chichiri,

i can't even find misfits online. ;_____;~ looks like i have to take my butt to amazon sometime this month and buy the first volume. (remyremyremy. dx; )

yeah, taylor kitsch isn't the best guy they could've gotten to be gambit. he kind of made the character fall flat, and you really couldn't tell he was cajun. let alone at all flirtatious. (i know in that bar scene there was at least one woman there. d< he should've been flirting with her like he was gonna die tomorrow! dx that's the gambit i know, dang it.) he just... no. that's not a good gambit.

of course, everybody loves nightcrawler. he's cute and german. d= what isn't to love? (i swear, i truly love the characters with accents.)

as far as the doll, i just bought some parts off a website, and i'm buying his clothes from a friend. i still can't wait, though. xd

and my dog is home now, and happily recovering with biscuits, love and chew toys. on top of that, we watched the x-men marathon. -w-

kaguya-hime

dear kaguya-hime,

*smiles at the nightcrawler comment.* i don't know, maybe for her it has to do with the color blue, no da?

i found the x-men: misfits on amazon. if you can't get it from them, you can email this comic book store and see if they have it: continental.comics@verizon.net, no da. this is where chichiri no aijin gets her comics and manga from. i'm glad your dog is home and doing well, no da.

chichiri

dear suzaku seishi,

-giggles and huggles nuriko and tasuki-

well if there were a book, i think you guys would need more than hotohori's imperial guards to help you because there would be every fangirl in the universe after you, it needs to be one sided that way you guys can drag who you want it.

-eyes her ex then smirks-

didn't miaka say that one of her wishes was for the suzaku seven to be happy? well there you go tasuki, flaming him would make you happy ne?

i'm bad.. xd

aishizu

dear aishizu,

that's a good point! flaming anything makes tasuki happy. *grins*

nuriko

dear hotohori,

-stares at it in wonder and blinks-

that's... amazing.. ._.;;

-looks around at all the other crowns-

you have a lot of these things, i could never be an emperor... i don't like all that head gear, half of it would just be strewn about..>_> my attendants would kill me.

-sighs and looks at all the paperwork-

you know what you need, a break!

-puts paperwork to the side and takes his hand-

come on let's go do something, maybe go for a horseback ride or something, you can just say your surveying the land making sure everything's in order, and get you some earplugs so you can drown out advisor audio..

-smiles and hugs him-

aishizu

dear aishizu,

*smiles* that sounds like a good idea. shall we?

hotohori

dear suzaku seishi,

happy new years to you guys too. i've been... well, i'm still alive aren't i? i've had a rough go of it, but i'm almost 20 now so i gotta hang in there and act like an adult.

suiren

dear suiren,

we're certainly glad you're still alive! 20? wow! time does fly doesn't it?

suzaku seishi

dear nuriko,

hi-hi, nuri-chan~! how are you? i hope you're well...

i have major group songs from the neoromance series, and i love all of them! there's kimi wa hitori ja nai ~always~ by the seiyuu of the shinchou no shugosei (clavis' seiyuu is his first in the games, the late shiozawa kaneto), and ashita wo hiraku mono-tachi ~frontier~ by the seiyuu of the seijuu no shugosei, both groups from angelique. then, there is harukanaru toki wo koete (ishida akira actually sings in this one, and i especially love this one because there is a duet between ishida-san and sekitomo), ryouen no michi wo yuke and towa no sakurafubuki wo anata ni, all by the seiyuu of the hachiyo from harukanaru toki no naka de. kimi ni sasageru harmony is my fave corda group song, but there is also overture ~joukyoku~. finally, from neo-angelique, performed by all ten of the male seiyuu is kiseki ~the brilliant days.

recently, i purchased got the neoromance christmas cd, and have decided to take romanising the lyrics to kurisumasu no machikado nite and holy snow, both are songs that have one seiyuu from each of the four series singing. kurisumasu no machikado nite is a cute song performed by namikawa daisuke (heuye in angelique), hoshi souichirou (futsuhiko in haruka 4), itou kentarou (tsuchiura in corda) and yamaguchi kappei (rene in neo-angelique). holy snow has real charm to it as it uses tunes from joy to the world, jingle bells and silent night, while still using original lyrics. that one is performed by seki toshihiko (luva in angelique), seki tomokazu (sazaki in haruka 4), taniyama kisho (tsukimori in corda) and onosaka masaya (j.d. in neo-angelique). umm... instead of continuing the rambling there, i'll get to my question... do you know of any good websites that provide help for folks trying to romanise kanji and katakana? i tried finding some, but they often required copy and paste or typing it in, but i am unable to, and the lyrics are in the insert of my cd.

also, i have been writing a lot of yasuaki x eisen fics, and i doubt i'll be stopping anytime soon. i was given a challenge from tash to write a modern-day fic in which it's discovered yasuaki has mild autism... she came up with that one after watching and noticing his behaviour was similar to that of those she knows that have it. aside from that one, i had an idea for one that starts as friendship but through the years becomes something more... it starts in the go! go! haruka kindergarten! universe, and follows their friendship through school years and onwards. i have other yasusen fics up on the net if you'd like to read them... not saying you have to, but if you'd like to, please let me know and i give you the link, okay? ^^

oops! letter's getting long... better end it here!

see ya, nuri-chan!

btamamura-chan

dear btamamura-chan,

unfortunately, the ones i do know all require you to type in the romanji and then it goes into hiragana/katakana/kanji. i don't know of any that do it the other way around. minna, can you help her?

nuriko

dear nuriko,

*comes in while dragging tamahome behind her* listen up, you two. ^^ here's an excerpt from my fic, where the two of you and miaka have just met chichiri. hope you enjoy it, however random this is:

~~~
miaka: i trust him. he seems like a very kind person, and he did cut us loose.
nuriko: you can't be sure. take tamahome for example. he acts like a gentleman, but look how cheap he is!
tamahome: i'm not cheap!
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
*looks at tamahome and laughs.* you are too cheap! and greedy as well! *grins and laughs some more*
nuriko
dear chichiri,
in addition to reading the original fushigi yuugi, i have also been reading genbu kaiden, but gk is on hold right now. however, i heard a rumor that it would continue in early 2010! do you know if that's true or if it's a just a rumor?
christy
dear christy,
i really don't know, no da.
chichiri
dear chichiri,
she's coming home tomorrow. i'm glad. ^^ it means things might start looking better, and i can stop being miss doom and gloom. so i'll try to make this letter seem happier.
i'm going to be getting a ball jointed doll of my character, ikedo, soon. so i'm really excited for that. it will give me a physical thing of him, and i love him so dearly. xd he's been my favorite from the absolute moment we "met". he's really special to me, and he kind of became my crutch after our first encounter. and now, i get the feeling he is going to follow me for a long, long time. it's a comfort to know, too.
i know i talk about him like he's real, but at times... well, it feels like he is there. especially since my dog has been away. i have felt really alone a lot, so feeling like he is around... it helps a lot. he kind of looks out for me, i guess. like a guardian angel. ^^
i've also gotten into listening to adam lambert. he's... amazing. d= i really love his music.
oh! and did you know they made an x-men manga? misfits. ...i want it simply for the fact of remy lebeau. dx; (cajun. >w>; ) gambit has to be my all time favorite character. from his personality to his powers. xd and... accent... >w>; (i like nightcrawler for the same reason.)
of course, i hate the guy who played him in origins. dx movie debut, and the actor truly fails at being a good gambit.
well, i should get back to work. ^^
kaguya-hime
dear kaguya-hime,
i'm glad she'll be home soon. so you can create a doll and have it made for you, no da? sugoi! chichiri no aijin didn't know about the manga but with so many x-men comics out and limited funds she probably won't be getting it any time soon. ah, nightcrawler is her favorite of the x-men, no da. i know she saw the movie but she said she didn't find the gambit character in it all the memorable. could be because of the actor, no da.
chichiri
dear suzaku seishi,
lol, no problem guys!
i'm just helping look out too.. xd
cause as you can probably tell from my letter to his highness my guy was a real winner...
-rolls eyes sarcastically then smirks-
>_>
tasssuukkii why dontcha find him and flame him he's giving bandits a bad name...<.<
aishizu
dear aishizu,
tasuki's looking for a way to drag him into the book just to beat on him... at least it keeps him occupied and out of tamahome's hair.
nuriko
dear hotohori,
-waves him off-
i had proper breeding and upbringing!! ^_^ well i'm done with him, 2010 is here and we need happier things to converse about!
-eyes his hair and slinks around and takes the ribbon out then looks at the crown then at all his hair then sits across from him again.
this thingy..is no bigger than a wallet, and you mean to tell me all that pretty hair fits in here? o_o i don't see how... ;__;
-pokes the crown-
you must have on heck of a headache then! o_o
aishizu
dear aishizu,
*smiles and takes the crown from her.* only from listening to my advisors drone on... *puts on crown.* see, it all fits.
hotohori
dear suzaku seishi,
hey guys, how have things been? it's been a real long time, hasn't it?
suiren
dear suiren,
ohisashiburi desu ne! how have you been? happy new year!
suzaku seishi
dear nuriko,
hi-hi, nuri-chan~! how are you? i hope you're well...
christmas was a quiet affair this year. first, pa and i went for a walk at the golf course near where jason is living (it's practically his backyard!), then after picking up jason, we went out to the cemeteries to visit mum, nana gorrie and pa's parents and brother.
we then went home and exchanged gifts. i got dad a dvd of the secret policeman's ball: the private parts, and jason a ps2 game of afl 2005 (afl being the australian football league). as for pa, jason and i both got him a mirror.
i received from pa usb jack that i can put in the car and play my ipod through the radio (we listened to hetalia music to test it the next day), from jason a reindeer filled with chocolates (he said he was also planning on getting me something else), and from dad the ipod classic and the trip to the philippines.
we had lunch (i ate it all this time!!) and had some funny moments with the crackers...baubles from one flew onto my brother's plate while the little gift from the one pa and i broke fell into my dinner where there was a lot of gravy! xdd). after dessert (pa had plum pudding, jason and i had mudcake), everybody left to do their thing. i started downloading itunes before heading to bed and having a bit of a snooze.
i spent most of boxing day trying to put my music and anime onto my ipod, and finally succeeded. i have a playlist for dating sims (haruka, angelique, neo-angelique, corda, strawberry panic, meine liebe, sukisho and gakuen heaven), one for the beatles, one of fushigi yuugi, koko wa greenwood, pocket monsters, slayers and lost universe, and one for hetalia. as for the anime, i have angelique, haruka, kuroshitsuji and neo-angelique ~abyss~ on there. i still have to load hetalia onto it.
for new year's i went to tash's place on new year's eve-eve and we watched angel, psych, get backers, kuroshitsuji and the 2nd inuyasha movie. i came home on nye and had dinner before going to pa's place for our traditional movie night. we watched the world weather for a few minutes (he wanted a general idea of where i'll be heading come may), then we watched a show called dinner for one, followed by superhero movie and then killed an hour waiting for the television broadcast of the fireworks in sydney by watching south park (pa's choice, surprisingly!!). we watched the fireworks, then watched monty python's and now for something completely different before hitting the hay.
as for nyd... pa and i went for a walk this morning, then i came home and hopped onto my laptop to read fics and catch up with my friends list on livejournal, and then in the afternoon, because the heat was making me tired, i went to bed for a few hours.
all-in-all, i've had a great holiday season, albeit a quiet one. but, that's fine, i'm not one for huge parties and the like, so a quiet evening at home is just fine for me.
see ya, nuri-chan~!
btamamura-chan
dear btamamura-chan,
it sounds like you had a wonderful holiday! i'm really happy for you!
nuriko
dear suzaku seishi,
oh, hi! i'm here to read your fortunes! it's a skill the fire dragon clan has. i've been improving...
*focuses on crystal ball*
..i see great fortune ahead for all of you for this year. including your webmistress, chichiri no aijin.
*looks up at seishi*
i am afraid because we are from different dimensions i cannot see too much, so i am unable to tell you exactly what will happen for you. but, it looks like 2010 will be a great year for all of you.
mel, seijuu no yume no shugosei
dear mel, seijuu no yume no shugosei,
arigato and happy new year! thank you for the good fortunes! we hope you have good fortune in the new year as well.
suzaku seishi
dear suzaku seishi,
*looks around, notices nobody else around and grins*
hey, i took the liberty of taking a couple of bottles of wine from catis-sama's wine cellar while marcel was preoccupied. here's some alcoholic wine, and for chiriko and anybody else who doesn't drink, non-alcoholic wine. well, better get going before i'm busted. see ya.
oscar, shinchou no honoo no shugosei
dear oscar, shinchou no honoo no shugosei,
happy new year! arigato for the wine!
suzaku seishi
dear tasuki,
guess whooooooo!!! bet you looked at the signature already, eh?! tasuki, you dog, how are you? just checking in, as i periodically do.
this year has really had some extreme highs and lows. did i tell you i have a fabulous, handsome, beautiful hunk of man in my life?! because i do. he had some problems with commitment for a while, but a month or so ago, we finally made things all official and everything. i'm so in love!! sorry that i'm off the market... i know how badly you wanted a piece of this. ;d wah ha ha ha haaa!!!
have some new years sake. :3
faye
dear faye,
d*mn girl how ya' doin'? congratulations on yer boyfriend an' thanks fer th' sake!
tasuki
dear suzaku seishi,
happy new year, everybody! anyone do anything special over the new year? hope you guys all had a lot of fun! for a type of new years celebration, me and my family went to denny's for dinner (love that place, they have good french toast) and soon i'm going to watch eikoden with my parental units (fancy word for parents, and i know it sounds weird to watch eikoden on new years, but i love eikoden and it sure'll make midnite come sooner to watch a movie of you people in all your wonderful glory.) man, i've had such an eventful decade. i'm 13, so i barely remember life outside this decade. wow, it's over. hope it's all uphill from here :)
christy
dear christy,
we had a nice quiet new year's and we hope you had a nice one as well. welcome to 2010!
suzaku seishi
dear chichiri,
i have my ups, and my downs. but i've gotten to do a lot of cool things. like... this doll i did recently of an x-men character my girlfriend provoked me into creating for a roleplay: http://ladyoichi.deviantart.com/art/autumn-redux-148232638
fanfiction of her: http://ladyoichi.deviantart.com/art/audio-144518682, http://ladyoichi.deviantart.com/art/crash-148424059, and http://ladyoichi.deviantart.com/art/illusions-148427955
fanfiction of my own character, ikedo, for my book. and reflecting how i've felt concerning him: http://ladyoichi.deviantart.com/art/never-alone-147344283
and voice acting practice: http://www.deviantart.com/users/outgoing?http://s41.photobucket.com/albums/e270/tsukiyamiahome/?action=view¤t=aurehaikedodanaandvashian.flv and http://www.deviantart.com/users/outgoing?http://s41.photobucket.com/albums/e270/tsukiyamiahome/?action=view¤t=smack.flv
i got... easily entertained?
anyway, in recent news. dog had to go to the vet, had uterian infection, got the surgery... i have to go till saturday without her and sleeping is... h*llish in the least... x_______x
kaguya-hime
dear kaguya-hime,
i hope your dog will be ok. nice fanfic and artwork, no da. i liked the voice acting as well.
chichiri
dear suzaku seishi,
i noticed brit-brit's letter and seriously needed to throw my two cents out there before she falls prey to the same situation i did. my ex i met him at and anime convention and we dated real life and over the internet till he moved here brit if there's anything to be said about relationships over the internet please be very very careful, this guy may seem sweet and innocent but their true colors always shine through.
i learned that and trust me, it's a painful lesson to learn, take your mother with you and have her be a judge of character. parent's always know, men on the internet prey on girls feelings. not trying to say this guy is but i just learned that what someone leads you to believe isn't always the truth.
use your sense of awareness and scrutinize everything and if a red flag is raised act on it. don't let emotion get the best of you. be safe and hopefully it pans out for you, just be cautious... none of us here wanna see you hurt. we all got your back if we need you, trust me these are a great group of guys..:]
aishizu
dear aishizu,
excellent advice! arigato aishizu!
suzaku seishi
dear hotohori,
oh papa your just going to looove what i found out.
-parks herself in the seat across from his desk.-
so that guy i was with good thing i got out when i did. my friend ladon, told me that one of mine and my ex's mutual friends was over his house and his mother said for him to see if i had any money and if i did to take what i can for however long... greeeeat roots ne?
-__-
i know for a fact that he scammed 40 out of two employees he worked with claiming he didn't have enough to drive back to virginia which i know for a fact he did.
aishizu
dear aishizu,
i knew he had no proper breeding or upbringing. *frowns at the thought of him.*
hotohori
dear hotohori,
-giggles as he called that boy an oaf-
i can always count on you to make me smile, well he is certainly something perhaps a descendant of nakago's..? they certainly fit the parts well. no matter though i got better people guiding me, even though at times we are lost by anger we can find ourselves.
-places the crown back down and looks at the rest of them then picks up a smaller one then looks at him-
-looks at it trying to figure it out-
aishizu
dear aishizu,
i'm glad i could make you smile. *looks at her and the crown and smiles.* years of practice.
hotohori
dear tamahome,
oh. ^^ thanks for the help with the translation--i think he did mean "omoidashidene", because he kinda has this habit of spelling some japanese words differently. *hugs*
-o- i wasn't able to get the video up on youtube, it hates my music-ridden submissions. anyway, i made a rickroll video, where you, miaka and chichiri get a taste of the rickroll from taiitsukun in that episode where you found out what yui went through. i love it because your expressions and miaka's scream of "turn it off!" are extremely appropriate. xd
hope you and everyone else had a merry christmas too!
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
you're welcome! i hope you had a merry christmas, too.
tamahome
dear tamahome,
o_o is it a possible theory that nearly all people on the internet are neurotic? 'cause i got told by someone before that i was losing touch with reality when i put in such tags as *cries*, *gasps* and the like in what i type.
the theorizer
dear theorizer,
*shrugs* maybe, i don't know.
tamahome
dear tamahome,
*pokes* you haven't been listening to me lately. how are you?
your conscience
dear conscience,
huh? did you say something? oh! i'm fine thanks.
tamahome
dear suzaku seishi,
woooooooah.. i am so impressed that this site is still on! ^_______^ congratulations! how many years has it been since it started? i started to read genbu kaiden.. it's nice too but it's sad that it's on watase-sensei is on a hiatus.. does it mean that she has not done work this year? it's saaaaad.. why was she on a hiatus anyway? would she be back soon? i miss her works :( i'm sorry i have a lot of questions :p.. happy new year! :d
chengker
dear chengker,
the site has been around for about 11 years now. i think watase-sensei is having problems with her health and that is why she is on hiatus.
nuriko
dear tasuki,
should i learn martial arts or should i just use my kendo sword?
akito
dear akito,
whaddya' like to do more?
tasuki
dear chichiri,
christy
dear christy,
i'm glad you're enjoying your purchases, no da. possibly ebay but there ae really no places left to easily get our plushies, no da.
chichiri
dear suzaku seishi,
if you were reborn in my world, what jobs do you think you would have? i'm just curious!
christyandharuki
dear christyandharuki,
here are your answers. happy new year!
tamahome: salesman
mitsukake: doctor
chichiri:psychologist, no da
chiriko: student
hotohori: idol singer
nuriko: male model
tasuki: thief
suzaku seishi
dear suzaku seishi,
xd i just suddenly remembered this, by the way... i don't think i've ever told you about this, but there's a music-themed restaurant here which served special dishes named after mj-related stuff right after he died. i couldn't remember lots of them, but i do remember one called the neverland ranch, and it was colorful and sugary and caloriffic-looking.
okay, that one's beside the point. the restaurant served a meal called the jackson 5. a serving of five pancakes--four of them chocolate and one vanilla. that was... ingenious.
*scoots away*
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
roflmao! that's so wrong! but funny... *keeps laughing...*
chichiri no aijin
dear suzaku seishi,
-inhales and winces-
update my dears,
i left, i walked away, with insults being slung at me... and more demeaning comments. i still did it though, i can't help but feel... better, in a weird way... though it still pains me a bit.
-smiles a bit-
who wants cookies?
-puts out christmas cookies-
aishizu
dear aishizu,
*they each give her a hug.* he's a jerk and you're better off without him. *they all take a cookie.* oishii! arigato!
suzaku seishi
dear hotohori,
big news!!! well, for me it is. i was on yoville, on facebook, and i met this guy who is from ky, the same state i am from :) i told him that we need to meet and all that, and i said that my mom would probably have to met u. he said it was fine, and i checked his profile out on myspace, and he's on a football team and from newport ky, only 45 minutes away from.
i want my mom to come with me, to meet him just to be safe, but we can never seem to meet... any ideas that will work? he would like to be my bf, and he sent me a picture of him and i to him. my mom should come with me to see him, right? right. so... is this safe, or not?
brit-brit
dear brit-brit,
she should absolutely travel with you! and you should meet this person in a very public place so that no harm comes to either of you. i would be cautious and not consider this an entirely safe venture. please be careful.
hotohori
dear chichiri,
wow this year has been... well, to put it flatly, it's been h*ll. i'm still recovering from the loss of my mother, and i have so much support from my girlfriend... and it's just.. i'unno, day in and day out, i feel like... well, there are some days i just feel like a different person.
that aside, i'm working diligently on my book, as always. i've grown to love these characters so much, and... sometimes, it feels like they're there. a few times lately, i've felt outgoing, but others, i feel empty... and i just want to be normal again...
kaguya-hime
dear kaguya-hime,
*gives her a hug.* everyone grieves in their own way and time, no da. if you are feeling distressed about your sorrow, then i would recommend you seek a grief counselor, no da. i'm sure in time you will start to feel better.
chichiri
dear tasuki,
well aren't you in a good mood today?? *gets off of him and uses her powers to lift him off the ground* what? no 'hey how's it going?' or 'urd! 'bout time ya came back!'? how rude of you and i came all this way just to bring you the good news and enjoy my christmas time with you guys. >:p
urd
dear urd,
yeah, yeah... so how ya' doin'? got any sake on ya' or are ya' bein' good fer once?
tasuki
dear suzaku seishi,
merry christmas suzaku seishi!!! *skuld and urd yank strings from party poppers while kelley and belldandy bring out a huge platter of christmas delights like pound cake drizzled in hot cream, trifle delights consisted of hot brownies drowned in caramel, almonds and milk chocolate, gingerbread cookies, apple pies and small confections of tea cakes in bright colors*
belldandy: please everyone, enjoy yourselves while we are making a merry time on a wonderful holiday such as this!
*skuld and chiriko still decorate the tree, using whatever they could gather to compensate as ornaments, such as tamahome's strings of gold ryou*
i love the winter holidays! snow, christmas trees, caroling, sugary treats, the warmth feeling of just being together with friends and family! ahhhh it's enough to make a goddess like me swoon!
urd: don't get too carried away *bonks kelley on the head* the celebration just started!!
belldandy: now, now urd. you've just gotten yourself out of suspension. don't do anything rash, especially today!
urd: you've nothing to worry about! nuriko and i are just going to have some talking to ourselves while we help ourselves to some of his nuriko special riiiiight? *wraps an arm around the feminine seishi and smirks towards his direction*
skuld: hey chiriko, let's put the star together! *she takes chiriko by the hand and together they float towards the the top of the tree. with each hand holding one side of the star, they place it it on top and it gives out a shimmery glow*
everyone: banzai!!
minna, what is your christmas wish?? don't worry, since you're talking to goddesses your wishes won't be ruined if you say it out loud! ~_^
belldandy, kelley, skuld, and urd
dear belldandy, kelley, skuld, and urd,
arigato! the tree looks beautiful! our wish? we decided to wish for peace and a wonderful year for all our fans.
suzaku seishi
dear suzaku seishi,
^^ by the way, guys, have you ever come across this translator? it translates from english to japanese (kanji included), romanji to hiragana, and i do not understand how the third function works. xd http://suteki.nu/translator/ season's greetings... again. :d
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
interesting but it doesn't seem to be as good as others we've used. but we'll play with it and see how it goes.
suzaku seishi
dear suzaku seishi,
merry christmas, everyone!! *throws presents to everyone* i hope you all got what you wanted for christmas! anyone got any special plans?? late night parties, snuggling on the couch with loved ones, sleeping? what ever your plans may be, i hope you all have fun and have a great holiday!
kristen
dear kristen,
arigato for the presents and the good wishes! we hope you had a wonderful christmas.
suzaku seishi
dear tamahome,
^^; sorry, but yes. that was from his point of view... it's such a masochistic poem, isn't it? oh well, we can forget about that, it's christmas anyway. glad you liked the song! by the way, i just made this really special fy video... >:) wait 'til you see it, it's wicked. let's just say that i got into a trend for this one... now if only youtube would let me upload it...
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
i guess so... now it's just disturbing... hope you had a merry christmas!
tamahome
dear nuriko,
^_^ yeah, i suppose... it's just that mom and i happened to not have anything on our schedules the day it took place, so it's a waste. buuut i'm fine with it.
about the christmas song... tee hee. that's all i can say. ^^; but before accusations come my way, he is not my boyfriend. xd sorry, just had to say that in advance after rumors flew around in school.
anyway, ja ne! *zooms out and leaves a trail of snowflakes behind*
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
*smiles and waves at her with snowflakes in his hair.*
nuriko
dear tamahome,
>.< dang it, i forgot to mention this in my last letter... anyway, it was someone from school who told me "omohidasidene". he said this:
"sabishii anata... domou omohidasidene!"
^^; he didn't really tell me "sabishi"... he told me something else, i just thought we'd use that as a substitute. :3 but thanks anyway!
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
well, "sabishii anata" means "i miss you" are you sure he didn't say "omoidashidene"? that means "to remember or not forget" something or someone.
tamahome
dear suzaku seishi,
^_^ yup, stuff has been whirlwindy for everyone around here. but i ain't complaining--i've got two more years of high school and four of college to go after all. speaking of which, i've made this sort of transition from psychology to masscom, my first love. ultimately, though, because of an awful massacre that took place here involving a lot of journalists, i kinda trailed off to interior design. ^^; well, like i said, i've still got two years of high school. plenty of time to think it over! and, yeah, fy addiction did help. for that, my love for you guys is reinforced for the over-nine thousandth time. xd
the drama i was talking about? ^^ weeeeell, let's just say i got sucked into a lovely emotional dodecahedron i had no intention of getting involved in. nearly got me into trouble with a friend, too, but that part wasn't my fault... entirely, at least. but in the end, my reaction to the whole thing was "ah, what the heck, que sera sera. i'm keeping to myself."
you're welcome with the greetings and thanks a lot too. [= *sprinkles snowflakes all over the place before leaving*
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
your love for us is over 9000???? *they all laugh at their joke.* we hope you had a great christmas!
suzaku seishi
dear hotohori,
-stops rubbing her eyes from tears and hears the sword unsheathing from his sheathe and looks at it then stands up placing her hand on his-
hey now silly papa... if there was one thing you taught me it was we use words instead of weapons... besides in my world you'd get arrested for such a threat and i don't think they'd take you being an emperor seriously. then i'd have to bail you out..
-giggles and moves his hand putting his sword back-
no using that unless it's needed, besides it would just make that pretty sword all gross and not usable as i'm pretty sure if you cut into someone like him acid would just drip out. it's kinda funny though... he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and he acts like i'm no better than some stray off the street... yet you were born of the same type of inheritance like you know born into royalty or into money. yet, you have to be the sweetest most amazing man i know that's something to be proud of you know... i admire you papa, i wanna work to be the same type of person though i'm not sure how i'm doing.
-giggles and takes one of the crowns with the jewel's dangling from the front and put's it on.-
i feel like i'm behind one of those beaded curtains, i could never walk in this i'd just play with the jewels like a kitten.
-hugs-
you made me smile though coming to my defense like that... honestly, your the first man to be so protective and ready to stand for me like you did that was an amazing christmas gift in itself...
aishizu
dear aishizu,
*smiles and hugs her.* i am glad. if he was born into wealth he was obviously not raised well or he would not be such an oaf. i hope you had a wonderful christmas.
hotohori
dear suzaku seishi,
-chuckles to herself then hugs them all back-
you guys really know how to cheer a girl up and give her strength where it's needed. oh dearest nuriko i surely do not think i would ever want to try again even if he was mature. thank you guys for making me see i wasn't an idiot... makes me feel a lot better about things.
-hugs them again-
aside from that how is everyone doing? cna-chan i see has been inundated with studies. i'm praying and keeping my finger's crossed that she does amazing on all of them although i think she will and is..:] i seen chiriko's response in a letter stating that you guys might be breaking for months or so, i was a little sad at first but then laughed i figure if i've been here since 2004 xd -and i have- i can bear it, as long as she gets good grades, as long as some of you...
-eyes tasuki and tamahome-
don't disrupt her studies..
-chuckles-
oh before i forget, i wish all of you, my dear sweet brothers, and father xd
a very merry christmas. :]
aishizu
dear aishizu,
*they all hug her back.* we are keeping our fingers crossed for her as well. we're glad we were able to make you feel better. we hope you had an amazing christmas. *tasuki and tamahome sweatdrop and try to look innoncent.* it ain't mah fault if 'e's *points to tamahome* a troublemaker! *fanged grin* i jus' try n' stay outta 'er way when she's studyin'!
suzaku seishi
dear tasuki,
your one and only favorite goddess is back in action!! *urd poofs out of nowhere and she poses victoriously with a box of sake in hand. she doesn't realize that she's actually standing on top of poor tasuki whose flat on the floor*
it's great to get out of that long suspension and it's time we throw out a party! *she then blinks and looks around, seeing that the place is empty* geez, i come back with a big shebang and there's no one here! *she then looks down, noticing that the floor is odd and see's red hair* why hello there tasuki-kun! my, what on earth are you doing on the floor!? i didn't know you like to play... dirty. oho ho ho ho!
your #1 sexy second-class goddess, urd
dear urd,
get... offa... me... now!
tasuki
dear chiriko,
i see... but of course chichiri no aijin's education must come first! ganbatte ne cna! us goddesses will be rooting for you and praying for your success! i'm sure your fans will be very understanding about this!
while i still have the chance to see you at least, can... c-can we decorate a christmas tree together? i know it's not customary in your era but having some christmas spirit wouldn't hurt right? banpei!
*a small humanoid robot with black wide-brimmed hat and a round white face underneath appears and rolls in with a large christmas tree in it's clutches. the robot then sets it down in front of chiriko and skuld. it then takes out a marker and draws a grin on its face*
skuld
dear skuld,
that sounds like fun! i'd love to!
chiriko
dear tasuki,
tasuki san, i'm standing underneath a miseltoe. so you know what that means? you have to kiss me :p. heehee. if not a hug will do. here a bag of sake for ya. merry christmas.
shukumei
dear shukumei,
thanks! *gives her a kiss on the forehead.*
dear tamahome,
shukumei
dear shukumei,
arigato! we're all fine. cna has been busy with her first semester of grad school and has found that she has far less time for the the website than she had hoped. brittany murphy's death is certainly sad. merry christmas and happy new year to you, too.
suzakuangel on random mode
i'm sorry you missed it but there is always next year.
nuriko
dear tamahome,
um, by the way... what does "omohidasidene" mean? ^_^ thanks a lot.
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
where did you see this word? i haven't been able to find it anywhwere.
tamahome
dear suzaku seishi,
[= here's the christmas song i wrote a couple of weeks ago... it's dedicated to someone, actually, but let's not go there. this person doesn't even know about this song yet. xd it's called "mistletoe", quite obviously:
~~~

it's almost midnight, my thoughts are far away
from the gifts, the lights so bright, and from christmas day,
cause you're right on my mind
just wish that i could find a way to be with you

the time's drawing near, emotions are in the air
and i just wish you were here or that i was right where
you are, so i could feel
your arms around me for real i don't know what to do

the countdown has begun
but i wish that you were the one

((chorus))

right beside me, underneath the sky
i miss you so much that i could cry
and i know that you know
next to you is where i want to be
i just wish you could be here with me
under the mistletoe

i wish on each star, so my wish could come true
that wherever you are, you want to be with me too
i'm hoping you miss me
waiting for the time we see each other again

i think of your eyes and i don't feel so alone
i think of your smile and realize i'm not on my own
cannot wait for next year
though that time is so near
but i'll wait until then

the countdown has been done
but i still wish you were the one

((repeat chorus))

the countdown's long and gone
and i wish you could be the one

((repeat chorus))

under the mistletoe ((4x))

~~~
^_^ merry christmas again! happy new year!
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
that's a lovely song! so do you have a specific boy in mind? *grins*
nuriko
dear tamahome,
*snickers* you... you found the poem cool? thanks... but oh my gosh, i can't believe you like it. 'cause, you see, you're the person being obsessed over in the poem, and the poem's told from the point of view of... *whispers the name of a certain blonde jerk@$$ general* ^^; peace, man.
on the other hand, i've finally written a cool song for you--imaginary beat and music video included!--and hopefully this won't make you feel too bad about the poem. it's called "game over":
~~~

it's another dark cold night
even the moon and the stars aren't showing their light
there ain't anything that's in sight
and here we are, holding each other tight

our time is running out too fast
come on, do whatever we can to make it last
there's no present, future or past
when this mesmerizing spell is cast

(take my hand)
drive it on and take it slow, doesn't matter where we'll go
(don't let it end)
just leave everything behind, fall into this state of mind

((chorus))

now let it begin, and don't you let go
keep holding me tight, i just want us to stay together
and once again, listen and i'll let you know
if we do this right, we're gonna stay here forever
until it's game over

it's another moment alone
and i'm leaning against my window with you on the phone
doesn't matter that i'm on my own
'cause you're the best thing i've ever known

now, just between you and me
when you look deep into my eyes, i suddenly see
all the ways i thought things couldn't be
i just don't know how you set me free

(take my hand)
say i'll be the only one you're gonna love until we're gone
(don't let this end)
need you more than i can say, so forever i will stay

((repeat chorus))

((bridge))

we've only got so much time
this moment won't last forever
but for now you'll be mine
for now until it's game over

((repeat chorus/2x))

~~~
[= yup, blame it on my love for the wii. but anyway, i hope you like it... say hi and merry christmas and happy new year to the family for me!
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
the last poem was about nakago?!?!? yuck! as long as this has nothing to do with nakago, i like this song.
tamahome
dear suzaku seishi,
oh my god! *glomps you guys* i really missed you! things have been really crazy around here... i wouldn't go into details, it's super-complicated, but i'm just so glad you guys are back? how were the exams, by the way?
so, we left off september. well, yeah, we got through the floods safely--but then we learned we were thiiis close to danger. our subdivision's up on a hill, but we live near a rather low part that the floods did reach. a few blocks more and we would have been affected too. ^_^ thank god. we donated some clothes and medicines, of course, and made fun of all the canned goods being donated. i mean, sure, the victims were given enough cans to last them a very long time... but did someone even donate can openers?
when i got back to school, i learned that none of my classmates got it bad either. but a senior's relative got affected and we donated some cash to help out. the rest of october pretty much passed by uneventfully (though i did skip on the 5th of october for my sister's 21st birthday), until we were treated to this pop quiz bee. no, seriously, it was sprung on us three days before it took place, so some of the contestants were pretty much forced into it. [= luckily, though, i managed to win. fy even helped me with one of the questions... the question was about which national landmark was to be found on a street named t.m. kalaw, and among the choices was the philippine national library. the first thing in my head when i read the name of the street was "tamahome and miaka", so i chose the national library. it was the correct answer. xd after the quiz bee... well, drama. drama ensued. oh, and my biology teacher and i stole an almost-empty pack of cadbury fingers from the principal's fridge. :d
a couple of weeks after that was the students' fair. our school held its first beauty pageant in a long time, and i have to say it went pretty well. there was also a dance contest, a battle of the bands, and an auction. the student council auctioned off badges with pictures of themselves, and it worked, partly because the teachers asked some of the students to help raise the funds, and partly because the members of the student council are adored by everyone. it was really fun--i tried bidding for the student council president's badge just to annoy his fangirls, but in the end i backed off. some friends of mine and i sang "paparazzi", and we did a pretty good job... of being cr*ppy. xd after that--despite the fact that classes were suspended for about a week because of the hurricane--we were treated to a semestral break. and more drama ensued. teenage drama.
the next event was the english week, and each high school class had to recite "the congo". i didn't have much difficulty in memorizing it, and i don't know why, but it's cool. however, i ended up being the tribal sacrifice, rendering my memorization a bit useless. xd in the end, though, we won second place, which isn't so bad for us (but we lost by just one point! >.<), and i'd jokingly said that my part--playing dead--was what got us the points. ^^ during the english week and after, by the way, teenage drama went on and on.
at last, we went through our midterms and on to the christmas party (but not before oh so much drama! xd). i got twice the toblerone i asked for, plus a flashlight pen and two packs of kitkat, so i'm loving my in-between-meals snacks-ish. xd we had a banana-eating contest of which i was part, and i nearly suffocated because i practically shoved the whole banana down my throat and had to spit some out before i could swallow again. when the cake fight began, i ran to the science laboratory and locked myself up in there. =)
... *pants* yeah, well, that's pretty much the stuff that happened over the past three months in a nutshell. ^^ mom got a new laptop and gave me her old one, so i'm pretty happy right now. and when my siblings come over, i'm gonna teach my sister's pug to tilt his head the way i want him to--it's really adorable.
so, i'll be leaving off here, but i'll follow up with a couple more letters--i've written my first whole christmas song! yay! \^o^/ advanced happy birthday, merry christmas, and happy new year!
suzakuangel
dear suzakuangel,
whew! you were certainly busy! we're very glad to hear that you weren't adversely affected by the hurricane! glad we could help you with the pop quiz. so should we ask about the teenage drama? arigato for the birthday wishes! merry christmas and happy new year to you, too!
suzaku seishi
dear hotohori,
well, you certainly missed a whole lot of things during your little hiatus. :d
finally got my driving permit, and i start lessons next month on the 6th. i've finished my fiction writing class in the fall quarter at de anza and i'm signed up for mythology and folklore, cultural anthropology, and visual arts next month at the beginning of the winter quarter.
i've also started on a new novel, and if you're familiar with the gods of ancient egypt, you'll definitely enjoy sheut, a story of a young white-tailed kite (bird of prey i suggest you go to google images to see what it looks like) who's soul is split into two, bringing his own shadow to life and beginning a prophecy. the manuscript for chapter one was submitted to my class and i'm positive this idea's a keeper.
also have dusted off my old fandom for the classic yugioh! and bought a lot of manga on the series. i've also been dueling on my ds lite with yugioh! nightmare troubadour and i'm a little surprised i remember how to play the card game after so many years.
i'm also doing some self-studying on egyptology, including the language and hieroglyphs. and i'm also doing more studies on ornithology (study and science of birds) and poking into my stugying of birds of prey since i love observing them so much.
so yeah, a lot of stuff, a lot of growing up and more life changes up ahead. *hugs* i'm happy to say i'm doing much better and i hope you are doing great as well. :)
much love and friendship (also lots of pressies,) --linds
dear linds,
congratulations on getting your driver's permit. your classes for college all sound very interesting! i'm gla dto hear that you are doing well and still writing. *smiles*
